I got an order for the first time tonight for a couple spocket products and needed to speak with support for an issue. I spoke with Russell and he was AMAZING! Got me on the right track and was very informative!

This app has been so great in helping me gain inventory and quality products! It is simple to use and the customer service has been great. I would love to see a few more products within my niche but that is the least of the problem!

Use it to locate products that ship from The United States. Found some really great poduct and it was so easy to import onto my site.

I am very satisfied with the customer service that I have received from Sprocket. I do feel like some of the vendors on the app is not truthful. I only selected vendors with 3-4 day shipping US based but I realized once the order was placed that the merchandise was shipping from China and it took a few weeks to get to my customer although this was not Sprocket's fault I do feel like they should better screen their vendors because this is not acceptable.

I used live chat (messanger) on Spocket and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly the team members responded to me. In less than 2 minutes, Spencer, the operator as he solved my case, asked me more question to understand what the problem was and then he helped me immediately.

the technical support from Peejay is very good, they solved my problem quickly, good products and up to date, the site is very clear to understand.

This app is great for dropshipping and the customer service has been excellent. I highly recommend it

I was not too sure how the settings and information synchronizing between Spocket and my selling platform. I got on to the support department and got a response from Vash quickly. I really like Spocket as my DS supplier. There are a ton of great products that can't be found on more common sites such as AliExpress which I think is great. I would like it if there were a way to favorite sellers and if the categories were better aligned. For example, I sell pet products and when I select pet category I get a lot of items that don't relate to the category which is frustrating. I also love the customer service. Spencer is amazing and he is so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to start a DS business.
