This is a great app to quickly set up your website. It's a lot easier to use than some of the other options.

When setting up an e-commerce business there are so many apps that one can add to their store. For me, Spocket is a must have for dropshipping entrepreneurs. I particularly like the prompt customer service offered by Spocket. Today, Prinz helped me with some issues that I had and he made the entire process so smooth for me. Thanks Prinz!

Great customer service and quality supplier of USA dropshippable products! Spocket offers a great selection of tech accessories I would highly recommend anyone to add to their dropshipping catalog.

I've used this app to source all products from my store and found the process really easy, partly because of the user interface being super friendly, but mostly because of their amazing customer service when you do need help. I have to thank Ria from the Spocket team in particular, who was so quick, kind and helpful with payment issues I had on my end, not because of the app. My store has just gone live, so I will update this review as time goes by!

Just started using the App and so far so good. Most of my problems of long shipping time have been resolved.

I have used Spocket for a very long time and it is the best app on Shopify to source and pick products from. However sometimes it is hard to get a positive return due to the items not being cheap, but who wants cheap items and unsatisfactory customer experiences. So, all hand in hand this is the number one app you need to use for your drop shipping business. Whatever you do make sure you are picking a great drop shipping company like Spocket as your delivery speed and high-quality products are depending on you picking a great company and having tons of sales.

The absolute worst dropshipping app ever! Their customer support is awful! I made the mistake of paying for an annual subscription and could only use the app for a few months it 's so bad and they refuse to refund me for the month that i will not be using even after removing the app from my store. The vendors on here are shady, they claim they ship from the US but they don't. They create shipping labels but never ship the items. Their customer support is awful, you will be talking to 6 different people aboutone thing. They keep telling you, they'll get back to you and you never hear back. Very shady app that just out to steal people's money. Stay away from this app. Listen to the other reviews trust me, they are all right!

I contacted Spocket.co to fix a technical issue with my account. Melvin was very helpful and professional. It only took a couple of minutes to help fix my issue.

I tried the messaging option and the suppliers i needed to contact were not using this feature. Contacted customer support through the chat app to cancel the $5 fee for using the messaging feature. The rep replied in 3 minutes and provided the link and a screenshot of how to cancel. Very helpful with another question as well and replied quickly.

Love this app! Easy and streamlined way to upload products to your store, and anytime I've run into any issues, their support team has been awesome. Shout out to Lorena for her awesome assistance!
