Smile rewards has opened up an added layer of engagement in my shop which has allowed me to grow my businesses in a fiscally more responsible way. The level of customization, even at a low tier level is also pretty unparalleled to other applications I have tried out. Oh, and their customer service is *chef's kiss*

Easy to use and setup. Big jump in price from free to 1st level but it would be handy to add customisation to the emails in free subscription.

Jade was SUPER fast to respond and got my icon back on my new theme within seconds! She also showed me how to do it myself in the future in case I switch themes again :)

We've used Smile for a fair few years now and can only say good things the app itself and the support provided. Many new features coming which look great. Fantastic that they are not resting on their laurels. The support I have received for any of my queries has been second to none. Particularly the support I have received from Joana (27/09) - she answered all of my questions in a polite manner, and offered workarounds for our unique needs. Thank you.

Jade was so helpful! We were having issues importing codes and she was brilliant and sorted it all out for us. Honestly, it is rare to actually speak to someone on a live chat who can assist as easily as Jade did. She is a real credit to Smile and we hope to speak to her again in the future if we need help! I have noticed that Smile application management/support is professional and works really hard to offer good customer service. The application is reliable, relatively easy to use and not very expensive. And, using it can make your brand stand out.

I had a fantastic customer support experience with Smile! They were incredibly responsive and promptly addressed my questions. We've used Smile for a few years now and it's been a valuable platform to help build and reward customer loyalty. Highly recommend.

We have been using this app for years and we love it. It is clean, simple and user friendly for us, and for our customers. Whenever I have questions in implementing something new Smile support is amazing - everyone I have dealt with over the years has been so helpful, friendly and quick to resolve our problems! I was just able to add Smile reward redemption to Shopify's new checkout extensibility thanks to Hannah and Jade - this is a fantastic addition to an already amazing app! Thank you for your support.

It's hard to give 5 stars when I just barely signed up and haven't had much time to implement the app, BUT I received some very helpful support from an agent on smile.io.com that I would rate 5 stars.
