This app has been great! Had a small issue with the widget not showing on our site due to some other app code blocking it and Cole was able to fix the issue quickly!

So far, so good. We transitioned from another (much pricier) loyalty program app. The CS team is very responsive, transparent, and friendly. I like the easy to navigate user interface / dashboard. Setup was super easy.

Support is amazing. If Nicole helps you, then you're sure to get things resolved quickly, efficiently and perhaps with a few laughs. Highly recommend! Updated 5/29/2024 The customer support is on another level, especially from Lisa.

The team at Smile is what made this app worth it, 100%. As a Web Designer, we all run into some bumps in the road. The communication was very easy and reassuring because you were talking to an actual person on the other side. It took a team to figure out the issue (Angie, Ezra, and Cole - you guys rock!) It was resolved and I was able to deliver the great news to my client - letting her know her site is good to go and seamless!

Lisa provides incredible customer service and held our hands while onboarding - other companies could learn from her kind customer service skills!! Highly recommend!
