The Smile Team has provided great help through their chat system. It does take a while for a team member to respond, but it is great that the chat is always active so you can jump back into conversation at any time. Their YouTube channel has been helpful as well! One challenge I have been met with through this app is that it requires an email in order for customers to redeem points. No complaints, just something to get used to. So far so good with the free option!

Jade was a great help when I did have clue what was wrong with my point system.

The app is great for loyalty points and rewards. It works great with our POS setup. Needs a few feature enhancements like being able to use multiples of a discount amount for the POS instead of having to create multiple redemption rules (like currently you can only do $3 off, $6 off, $9 off instead of just a single $3 off and then automatically showing the option for its multiples). Great app otherwise and has features like VIP tiers, being able to exclude certain customers, adjusting points etc.

Good Customer support and hopefully should help boost the store!

I set the entire thing up in 3 hours, and I really do think it's going to add value to my website. The small test group I used was excited by it and I had fun setting it up.

Great so far. The live support has helped a lot.

Excellent customer service and easy implementation! We're just getting started, but the set up has been easy to do and it looks great on our site! Looking forward to launching!
