The app is pretty good, but twice a year I look at other review apps to see if i can reduce my monthly costs. Its nearly the same as Klaviyo email system but does not have the same functionality. We have had the app for ages and there doesnt seem to be any more obvious innovation. But hey the devil ya know..... The support team is awesome, responsive, i guess thats what i am paying for? Thank you for your review! Someone has reached out to learn more about how we can give you the most value while you're using Smile :)
