I was totally lost with integrating MailChimp with Smile.io and Maggie was a lifesaver! Immediately responsive, very helpful and awesome! I always have the best customer service with Smile.io.

Would be SO much better if this was integrated into the user's account info instead of them having to have an ugly circle on their phone all the time. I'm surprised this app makes any money due to that. People HATE having stuff like that in their faces. Having said that, the IDEA of the app is great.

Great app! Friendly team. Seem to be getting great results so far without even trying or pushing for results.

Could have more ways of earning Points, and the instagram one doesn't work at all for me (it won't recognize my username) but it's a genius app and I love the concept!

I have been using this app for some time and they have made many improvements. If you ever run into a problem they have a live chat option with a wonderful staff. I recently had some trouble creating a reward and Maggie was a huge help!

intresting concept so far easy set up and use

so far so good, but there should be more selections when it comes to the packages. I only need the reward at check out extra, but i would have to pay $200??? aside from that it seems to be a nice app!

Very easy to use with lovely in-app UI. I would recommend fixing the UX however, as some pop-ups seem to not work, like when I am trying to delete a reward, it just goes gray and I can't click on any option. Other than that, lovely app.

Smile.IO has been awesome for us. It was super easy when we migrated from another rewards program, they took care of everything. When I asked about upgrading to the new platform they took care of all of it within no time at all. They even took care of designing our templates for us to fit our website. And followed up to make sure everything was to our liking. Would definitely recommend.
