I am sure I would like the program if I could ever get it implemented. I have requested help setting up the explainer page multiple times. (Which I they told me they would do) Each time I ask, they tell me to submit a request to the support staff -- which I have done Twice. No response. My only contact with them now is when they bill me each month. Ironically, they do not forget to contact me then. So my problem is customer service. They couldn't contact me enough before I purchased. After I purchased, quite a different story I am sorry to say.

Just started using this on a friday afternoon - Noticed referrals in Google analytics on Monday morning - check the stats in the app to find that it had created 2 sales over the weekend! For repeat customers this is gold - have now enabled to the referral for a discount for both the current customer and the potential new customer - looking good! - I am really fusssy I what I review - if you have a customer base that love your products this could be watrh a literal fortune

So far so good, setup was relatively simple. Can't wait to see the results!

Great app and works well. Support is responsive. My only gripe is the new price structure, which was recently communicated to me and is very expensive. If I have to move up to the next plan it will cost too much per month and I will have to find an alternate solution.

Very good customer support. We haven't implemented all the functionality yet but so far the app is very good and customers are signing up for the rewards. We will update our review in a few weeks once we have all the functionality set up.

Love the app and the support from Maggie is fantastic. The only thing I don't like is that the image next to the rewards has a $. I'm guessing I can change that once I upgrade but as I have only just started out I can't afford to do that and two of my customers have already commented on it.

We couldn't ask for more from a Rewards Program, tbh. They've thought of everything: VIP plans, Referral rewards, Behavior rewards...not to mention all notifications and layouts are fully customizeable. They also have an incredible support team. We love the app, and our customers love the rewards--a win win! Also want to give a special shout out to Katrina, our rep, who is thorough, patient, and extremely knowledgeable!

Before even using the app live, I was impressed by the level of support offered by the developer. The ability to chat live was really helpful and the member of staff that I spoke to, answered all of my questions and made suggestions on how to improve. For someone who is new to Shopify, this was invaluable.

A lovely app -- if only there were a way to control the endless stream of bot sign-ups coming in through Shopify. I realize that at its source this is a Shopify issue, but seeing as it's a recognized and much-talked-about flaw in Shopify's customer accounts sign-up, some sort of ability to filter who makes it into the points list is badly needed. This is especially true, since the app's pricing tiers depend on the number of customers, which currently quickly fills with bot registrations. If Shopify ever fixes the underlying issue, I'll be back. But in the meantime, the app, for me, is unworkable.
