The app is easy to install and to use. it's a shame that messages can't be customised under the free plan, especially since my customers don't speak english.

Just getting started, but like how easy this was to set up and integrate!

I have just launched with this program on our Shopify store and so far I am impressed both with what it can do and the support we have been given. Thanks especially to Fiona for her help in getting started. Looking forward to some great results!

Great concept - easy to install great way to entice our customers if it actually worked....our codes that get sent to customers with rewards dont actually work!

I think the app is really great! I have a lot of customers using it. My question to the developer is - I just saw that Shopify has revoked API access from Bulk Discounts. Isn't that what this app uses to apply the points earned by customers? I may be wrong, but I kind of thought the two went hand-in-hand.

I love being able to offer loyalty points to my customers. It makes them happy to get free stuff and me happy to get email addresses! The support team is wonderful. I am very pleased!

Just installed the app, and was mulling over the settings. Had some questions and got Maggie on the livechat. Not only was she super responsive and speedy with her responses. She went out of her way to clearly troubleshoot the issues I was having. Seems like this will be the app to build rapport with my customers. Awesome sauce! Thanks again Maggie!

Great app, I've used it for over a year and have had zero problems with it. Nearly all of my customers utilize it to some extend. You can customize it and anytime Ive needed help I've received a helpful quick response. Recommend.

When you see a customer complete all the rewards on social media, share, like, tweet, and so on, you feel like you've accomplished something great. Both in terms of presenting them with a great customer experience and in rewarding them for sharing their experience. Thank you!
