great everybody loves rewards

Evy's Tree uses smile for Rewards and Referrals. We love to be able to reward those who are loyal to our brand. With Smile, the program is very easy to setup and is reliable. The best part is that we've been able to brand it so it matches the branding on our site and customer journey.

This app is the best. I love it. It's easy to use and my customers love the rewards. Excellent app! I would like to suggest the option of allowing us to email users a rewards email that reminds them of the rewards they have accumulated.

I've used it on 2 of my Shopify stores for almost 1 year now, so far so good

Great App. I am not the techy type and it took me about 30 minutes to set it up and customize it to my preferences on TireRepairMaterials.com Looks good on mobile as well as desktop. I will update this review after letting it run on my site for a while.

Recently got this app and am very impressed with how clean it is visually and the features on the free plan. We take a great deal of pride in our brand and the visuals that accompany it. The design customizations of this app allow us to build a program that matches our brand and does not look like an afterthought. Playing around with all the features and customizations now, but so far really impressed! I will post an update after a few weeks.

Updated to 5 stars. I accidentally deleted this app. I got Shopify's team to help me track it down and thankfully re-activated it. One huge bonus was they kept my program paused, so my customer's points were all safely saved! YAY!!!! This is a super sweet app! One star off as I was hoping to customize the order of the list of the rewards that pop up. I am looking to increase social media engagement and shopping, so I'd like those two to be the top two icons for the rewards. Else everything in this works fantastically. Especially the customer service is amazing!

great way to increase sales and spread the word of your store!

I recently just installed and I'm still in the process of setting it up to work with my store . . . but I reached out to customer support through the app and chatted with a girl named Maggie. She was super helpful and knew exactly how to solve the issue I was having. If the app is anything like their customer service, I think this is going to be a good fit.

This app is awesome! We started out with the free version, and eventually moved up our plan to the Small Business Plan. We are really happy with is so far and have been seeing an increase in members joining every day. It's a great incentive to give customers to keep on coming back! Highly recommend. Compatible with mailchimp, and really easy to navigate.

Can you set up a program for customers who would like to leave a view for products, they can earn the points? Other programs about this app are amazing!

Love to have been able to place where I like on my site and selected pages. Other than that it seems to be doing just great.
