Although we have only just begun trying out Smile.io, I felt compelled to comment on how exceptional the customer support is. Any issues or questions I had were quickly dealt with — above and beyond. Although we haven't gone live with the loyalty programme yet, I can see that there are already a few certain things I would like to be added such as the ability to be able to send emails from our own email address rather than Smile.io's email address, and to remove the Smile branding from email footers.

We did a ton of research before choosing an app to enable a rewards/loyalty program, and I can confidently say 2+ years in that we chose the right one! Smile offers a great mix of value and features, and the team is always super responsive and helpful - going above and beyond to help you build your brand. The UI/design is unmatched by any other app at this price point (especially "out of the box") which is really important when establishing trust and strengthening brand recognition. I would definitely recommend trying them out (especially if you have a small team)!

Great customer service so far. I just started using this app and I haven't made my rewards program available yet so I can't comment on how that will work but I contacted the customer service chat with some questions and they helped me very quickly and efficiently. Happy so far and looking forward to starting my rewards program for my shop with this app.

This is a great app. Its expensive but having trouble growing my rewards as the base programme doesnt offer nudges . Its is a super important aspect of this app . Please consider offering as we will get more growth and stay with the app .
