I thought adding a loyalty or referral scheme to my small online business would have been really complicated and Ive put it off for so long, Smile is so straight forward to set up I wish I had looked into it sooner- I'm looking forward to seeing the results and rewarding customers for their shopping!

I came across an issue regarding a customer not receiving their rewards points accordingly, and the rep Tess provided me with a very detailed response and helped with troubleshooting the issue efficiently! The issue turned out to be due to the customer and not the app itself! Thank you so much for your support!

I used this app to create my vip tiers. So at first i was upset at the pricing, Because yes i'm only starting my business but i still want an amazing rewards program. Thank god the customer service ( Larry) was great and the very easily worked with me to personalize the vip tier memberships with a cheaper and more affordable plan.

Cool app for now (just got started) - there's lots of options for point rewards and it keeps track of all customers in one place, which is also a big plus - and then it's free, so you're able to try the app out before going all-in.
