So far so good. We wanted a loyalty program for in-store POS only (for now) and Jade on the chat was SO helpful (we chatted two days in a row, they were super responsive!) to help me get it configured properly - turns out I was close but needing a little support. Haven't used the app yet in our store but from the test transactions I have run, it seems to be working as advertised!

Super good customer service. I was having problem using the deep link & getting the API key. Their support team is very proffesional, plus this app is great!

Early days but I am so very impressed with the app, and the response from customer service when I had a few queries. Thank you!

Joshua really did an awesome job! all he does is a video clip and demonstrated where I can get the redeem coupons setup for both POS and online. Straight to the point - Clear, Concise and Effective. Would love all other CS to adopt. Within 5 mins i got my problem solved! Superb Joshua!!!

We are moving to a loyalty program for our customers and tested a few different ones on Shopify's app store. Smile's abilities as well as customer service has been phenomenal. Every question answered whether it met our needs or not. We have been able to work through the set up and implementation with ease.

Excellent program. Very easy to use. By far the BEST customer service! I had a few technical questions and they were answered in a very easy way to understand for someone who isn't too technical. Without prompting they went above and beyond to give me personalised advice on how to make the program even better! Highly recommend. 10/10 and 5 gold stars from me!

Smile customer service is excellent - shout out to Jade! We haven't launched quite yet so we cannot offer a fair review about the app in a live environment, but we are confident in the ability of this app.

Smile Customer Service was VERY quick in replying to my questions about set up, Jade was extremely nice and helpful!

Really liking the app so far - we had a little trouble setting up at first but we received help really swiftly to get it set up :) thank you so much!

It took some doing, but Jade was a HUGE help in getting my customers and points switched over from BigCommerce to Shopify. She was patient with my limited computer skills and walked me through getting everything situated. Absolutely love the Smile program and your staff.

Nicole helped me through chat get some things sorted out for our rewards program. She was very helpful and I appreciate the quick responses!

Really great customer service. Always quick, friendly, and helpful! Our customers have really enjoyed getting rewarded for their purchases.

The app was straight forward for the most part - however slightly confusing on the customer side of it between what members and guests had to do in order to get their sign up points. Once I spoke to smile customer service (Joshua) he was great! Loved his videos and he totally rocks a good radio voice. If it wasn't for the videos I would be lost as to how to help my customers, but this definitely helped. It would be good for this kind of information to be provided in a demo video upon downloading the app to assist admin. Thanks, Jodi

So far SMILE.IO has been fantastic, very robust with a ton of features and have just found out that even displaying a 'Refer a Friend' banner is shown at the end of a checkout is included to all customers if FREE plans! That is awesome. Their support is also great, even replying to me with a video to show me how to fix something! Highly highly recommended and thank you Joshua for the support!
