Simple Bundles and kits was a game-changer for our company. While other apps either don’t offer any kind of free plan, or don’t offer infinite bundles on a free plan, Simple Bundles allowed us as a self-funded side business, the chance to increase our average order value, and it has been really effective. Simple bundles and kits is aesthetically pleasing, clean, and easy to use. They also have clearly invested in a great customer support team - shout out to Shadia, who has never taken longer than 30m to answer a question of mine effectively.

I am old and not that good with cresting internet product bundles. The staff here have always helped me work though any issues. I wish there wer more videos at the start.

Really friendly, clear and thorough service - nice looking app too!

Customer support is great. The set up of the bundles is not very easy but with the tutorials and customer support it can be fixed. Be prepared to pay a monthly membership fee as only few bundles can use the free plan. I’m happy with the features and it does the job for me.

Great customer support throughout from start to finish. We've been working on bundles for a while and when we had some specific requests and features, the support team were nothing but helpful to let us achieve our goals. 100% would recommend!!

Doesn't work. I have been using this app for a month or now, but since a week it's not working anymore. Have been in touch with their support, but they are slow to respond and provide with rubbish solutions.

The team is worth more than 5 stars. Customer service is very responsive and knowledgeable. They tweak and customise our packing slips according to our needs and workflow. We highly recommend these guys

This is a great App that almost meets our needs, any issues I have are dealt with quickly in a professional manor. Customer service reps are very good and helpful, there are a few improvements that we are going to need in the future and I'm sure the customer service team will do all they can to help. I would certainly recommend this app for simple bundles.

This app has allowed us to build great bundles with customizable dropdowns that allow our customers to "Build their own" kits. Customer service has been great and handled quickly. We asked for a bit of custom code and for a feature, and it was implemented within 24 hours!

I was having difficulty setting up a bundle and the team was really great in helping me, walking me through step by step. It is now setup and working great.

Simple to use app that accomplishes exactly what I'm looking to do within my shop. There's a lot of flexibility and customization that can be achieved with minor tweaks and I've been able to implement customizations myself with the help of their documentation. When I do have a question, the support team has been extremely responsive. I've been impressed that they will actually follow up with you a few days after your inquiry to ensure that their solution worked - this simply doesn't happen with most of my apps.
