This app is a rockstar. It's really able to customise almost sales mechanics you can think of. No matter how complicated, the team will always find ways to simplify it, show you just-recorded tutorials on how to solve your issues (even if they can't, they'll suggest ways to work around it), follow up, and just make sure that you got your queries solved. The best part is they made their interface much like Shopify (not like those apps that overcomplicate the IU/UX) Rosamie, David, and Stella were the ones who assisted me despite me being confused and they were also very patient and kind. Although i won't be needing their app now, I really appreciate their help and kindness and will always recommend them to my fellow business friends who uses Shopify! Our store has been using this app for a year now, and it suits our needs very well. Our sales of entry level items (socks and underwear) has increased due to the bundle options, so that we are now developing a greater range of bundles using the Infinite bundling option, so that customers can choose from a range of colours and sizes. Customer support has always been brilliant with going above and beyond with their quick and detailed responses to my enquiries regarding best set up options and how-to's, and have assisted in tweaking some fields to suit our requirements. Overall very happy with the app, and the quick, friendly and efficient service. All the customer has to do is select from the available options and add to cart, the bundle product is separate to the original 'single' product but inventory feeds directly from the original product. So no need to manage a separate inventory for the bundle product - this is perfect for us! Thanks so much for sharing your experience! This is a great app if you're looking for something easy but effective! We tried looking for a good bundle app for a minute and this one seemed to work the best for our business. The communication with customer service has always been helpful and pretty fast. The only thing I would hope for in the future is a way to have phone call chats so it can be easier to get help and explain more complicated things instead of over email. This app is perfect. I've tried MANY bundles apps, and this was the only one that was simple to use yet, very complete! Selling bundles on our shop is a game changer, and they made it very simple to use.

Let me start off by saying the support from the Simple Bundles team has been excellent. They respond very quickly with detailed answers. I’ve flirted with using this app with another store in the past but it was never the right fit for what I needed to do. However, I think I’ve found a good application for it. It’s well suited for when you want to present the user with what looks like multiple options for a product, but in reality is multiple items on the back end that need to map to accounting and inventory integrations. For this it’s quite perfect. The customer experience on the product page is fully native to the theme. All the bundling happens in the cart/checkout and is transparent to the user. My only suggestion for improvement would be to improve the bundle setup process so that multiple variants can be configured in bulk. For instance if I know that I want up have Items A and B be children of all bundle variants then it would be nice to be able to do that in one selection as opposed to 50.

Great app, simple to use and with powerful options other bundle apps don’t have. Support is world class - they are there 24/7 and always ready to help customize or fix issues.

I've wanted to bundle my products for a while and when I discovered the Simple Bundles & Kits App I was beyond excited to get started. Set up is fairly simple. The video tutorials are extremely helpful and any questions or problems I had were answered and resolved very quickly with helpful support staff. Definitely an app worth getting!
