This app does work but required some learning phase. I have spent some time to learn the app, and the 5 stars are given to the supports who were very helpful especially Mariz. He helped me taken care the ebay templates back and forth and eventually solved all issues. Most other app support who told you "I would get back to you in email with your issue," but they never did. Mariz not only did get back to me in timely matter, also a working solution to my issue. He well deserved this 5 stars honor.

I had over 2000 sku live on Walmart using the Walmart app supplied by Walmart. I switched to this app and now I have lost over 1000 live sku listings and support takes 12 hours to ask me a question to follow up and then I answer the question and 12 hours later they ask a follow up question. This app has cost me my Walmart sales. Going to try a different app.

I had high hopes for this app. I've struggle trying to find one app to connect my store to all the other platforms I sell on. This fit my needs but, once I installed, I've experience nothing but issues. A poor interface, severe sync problems and a complete lack of information. It seems to be rushed to implement. Codisto has been around awhile and I'm sure they can do better than this! Hopefully it will get better as quickly. Revised 08 /04/2023 They contacted me about the issues I was having. They worked very hard fix and clarify the problems. In a age when most organizations would ignore the problem, they spent several days working with me to solve them!

Works a lot better now the app follows Shopify design guidelines. The new pricing structure is a lot clearer. There are a few things which could use some improvement. ---Amazon--- 1. Variants are too dependent on their parent for key information. Amazon treats each variant as a stand-alone product. When sending listing information for variants there is not enough flexibility to alter specific attributes for each child. Example: Item Package Quantity is set on a parent level. However, our variations include 'pack sizes' offering a discount when ordering multiple items. It would be preferred to set this attribute on a variant level. Another example: Bullet points are set on a parent level. For variants like 'StyleName' we may want to enter unique bullet points at a variant level to highlight key features of that specific variant. 2. Variations can only be mapped to the exact value & layout from Shopify. For some of our products, we need to map variation values to specific amazon friendly values. For example: 'ItemPackageQuantity-Color' variation. In our store, we call the value 'Blue / Pack of 1'. However, Amazon requires '1 / Blue'. The only way to achieve this is to reorder the variations in Shopify and change all the values to Amazon-friendly ones. This was done very well in Amazon by Codisto. You simply entered the variation values on each child before creating the variation. I don't know why the app is trying to map from Shopify. It's more complicated than it needs to be and causes issues. Just let us enter the values manually on a child level. -- eBay -- 1. Variation problems eBay does not allow a variation layout to be changed once the listing is created. This causes problems when you need to rearrange values to meet Amazon's guidelines. This would be solved if we could manually map the Amazon values as mentioned above. Or even better, if eBay variations could be joined together under one variation heading. For example: Variation Name: 'Choose Options:' Values: 'Pack of 1 / Blue', 'Pack of 2 / Red'. Many other integrations offer this to prevent eBay errors when adding or removing variations. -- Bulk Edit -- 1. There is no way to bulk edit to 'blank'. Sometimes I'd like to simply unset a value. Not all values are required by Amazon. 2. Sometimes I would like to override mapping on a specific value on a specific product without having to unmap every product. Instead of a strict 'map to value', could there be a 'default to value'. 3. Coloured Columns: The colours on Codisto were helpful to find the right column, especially when you are working with so many of them. Setting column colours is something that should be available across Shopify. 4. Bulk editing variant. There is currently no way to bulk edit variants. This means you have to painstakingly click through each one to check values and alter them. Which is made worse by my next point. -- General -- 1. The loading times are quite slow between pages. This means when you are working on your entire catalogue you spend more time loading pages than making edits. Especially on variants. This would be much improved if variants could be bulk edited. ----- Overall, I'm looking forward to seeing how the app improves now it's part of Shopify. I just hope that the customer service live chat remains funded as it's really fast and helpful. Additionally, I'm really hoping this doesn't become another third-party marketplace app which Shopify discontinues.

App is filled with bugs. Forexample, the field where you are suppose to set a fixed price does not work. Many errors when enabling listing on Ebay. Furthermore, the app cannot manage currencies and VAT properly.

The app does not work. The customer service is not really any better either. The response I got was that it was a browser and/or internet issue. When I pressed further I was told it needed to be escalated. Don't waste your time on this app. **Edited** I was finally able to get the app working after I selected to add additional market places. I thought I was in the clear - instead I was met with the most unfriendly and unusable interface I've ever encountered with an app. Honestly navigating and utilizing the listing feature was more painful than getting the app to initially work. For shopify listed as the developer on this app is disappointing and honestly - they should be embarrassed to publish something this dreadful!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS APP!!! READ BEFOR INSTALLING!!! we installed the app and since the very first second we had issues, with it, doesn't sync orders, wont match listings, even when listings on eBay and Shopify are identical. talked with support 7 DAYS STRAIGHT according to them our case was HIGH PRIORITY and never gave an answer didn't show up for scheduled follow ups. our company manages thousands of orders and listings, we lost so much money because of this people, this is what you get with shopify, expensive apps, zero results and the worst support. make yourself a favor and use any other thing besides this.

Nice idea but it simply doesn't work. Looks like Shopify have bought an app and haven't done any work on integration. Could be great but needs a complete redesign and massively simplifying.

Generally, it's a great app, but I often find myself needing live chat support, which is amazing. They usually fix things asap, but I'd prefer to watch some videos of how to do x without interacting with someone, which can be time-consuming. e.g. I want to work on things later in the day and they can be offline then you need to wait until tomorrow to interact again.

I had high hopes for this app. Codisto's stand-alone amazon app wasn't working for me (the category popup window wouldn't work) so I tried this one instead. Amazon: Category and Product Type selection work, Item Type would only load the first few options. I've been working with support, but they won't acknowledge the problem, they just keep telling me to try different browsers (which I have) Walmart: I can setup the listing, and it says "Publishing" but never publishes. There are no logs to see if there are errors, so I don't know whats going on. I reached out to support, they told me they escalated the ticket. thats it. eBay: Can't select the product category. I haven't reached out to support on this one. I'm too fed up. After days of fighting with this app on 3 different sales channels, I haven't been able to list even one product. Support was worthless.
