Just converted from Codisto to this app for Amazon feed and there were some bugs in the app which weren't picked up during testing. Fortunately they were able to fix these quickly. It would have been better if they had found these out before launching the product, but their response to solving the problem was good.

What would have been particularly beneficial here is an automated warning system that could detect such problems ahead of time, thereby preventing them from escalating. While the rest of the experience with Codisto has been positive, this particular oversight was quite concerning. Customer support, although usually responsive, could have been more proactive in this instance. Addressing such unforeseen issues promptly, coupled with the implementation of an automated warning system, will go a long way in maintaining the credibility and efficiency that Codisto is known for. In conclusion, Codisto remains a highly recommended app for those seeking to connect their app store with major marketplaces like Amazon and eBay. The functionality and ease of use are top-notch, but improvements in the monitoring system and more proactive customer support are needed to prevent future disruptions. I am hopeful that Codisto will address this issue and consider implementing a proactive alert system to enhance its service. Shopify marketplace connects new live chat functions is second to none. super happy with the help I received. They resolved a issue I've been having for months now almost immediately !!

This app is not ready for prime-time ..seems like it's been rushed to release to cover for the fact that the Walmart-Shopify app is going away. The good news is that it is cheap (so far) and you can choose which listings to "enable". I'm just using it for Order management as I have zero faith it will work for listing or inventory management. Seems to me that they are just trying to do a copy/paste on what might have worked with Amazon. Documentation not updated for Walmart. Here are my other commments: Can't handle marketplace cancellations ..won't backflush to marketplace cancelled order. Has no import/export capability - have to use their "grid" which doesn't allow you to sort or filter on anything meaningful. Can't easily map when you have hundreds of listings ..can't get rid of Amazon connector screen (I don't want to sync with Amazon - get rid of the pop-up screen that shows up every 10 seconds) I could go on ..but it is cheap so I'll take it for now BUT PLEASE MAKE SOME IMPROVEMENTS and I will be happy to raise my rating.

We just want to say that this application is by far the best one we have used submitting our products to eBay. Easy to use, instant inventory update, instant pricing update, instant image update, etc. The app is glitch free, and we love, love, love using this app. The other thing that we also love about this app, is that, the support team is available all the time to assist you. You do not need to wait hours to reach support, they are right there to assist you within minutes. One last thing we would like to add is that the support goes out and beyond to make sure your experience using their app meets all your expectations. Thank you once again for the amazing application, as well as the support team!

I installed the "Marketplace Connect" a few days ago and it does everything it said it would - Tech assistant "JOY" patiently and knowledgeably help with the onboarding as it was the first time I ever "mapped" products - I have 2 amazon stores - USA and CA. I didn't get all the products correctly mapped at first but JOY came back a few days later as orders came in and helped sort it out. Customer service has been great - I sure hope they don't go to "text" only support - I prefer to speak with a live person rather then type. Thanks Joy for your assistance!

i find the 24 hr chat very helpful and the step by step guidance and follow up chat transcript extremely useful.

As a long time user of Codisto I was quite happy with it, and it would have been a 5-star app. Now, after becoming part of Shopify and rebranded Marketplace Connect, it went down to 1 star. Functions that we used and need in Codisto have disappeared. Why can I not work on variants in the bulk edit view? Why would I have to go through single edit mode to make changes, especially when I need to do them in bulk to many of our listings at a time? How is it not possible to at least match functionality? I was hopeful that over time, some of the kinks that Codisto had would get solved after becoming part of the Shopify family, but I could not imagine losing core functions as a result. Edit: Support was able to revert me back to Codisto (the original app), which is great and enables me to be able to work again. I was then asked to please delete my review, which I am willing to do as soon as the problems in the new app/design are gone. Until then, my rating stands that Shopify Marketplace is a sorry excuse in the state that it is now.

Managing our eBay store with Shopify was made easier with the Marketplace Connect app. Support from Mark was excellent when we required assistance.

Exceptional support when I could not connect to Walmart. Recommend! Hopefully it can solve my issue with fulfilling other platforms

I have had the app in my shop and linked to Ebay for two days. My shop has been around for 2 years. As of today, my shop is blocked! I have not yet received a reply from support. I cannot recommend this app.

Rainier Salta has given the best service I could have possibly received. He was patient with the multitude of issues, help me understand the software and looked up the cases that my team had previously reported. He did he best to resolve his issues and helped me navigate the app and how difficult and complex it is. 5 stars for him. 10 stars if I could ****BUT*** This app is horrible and should never have been released in this condition. It's buggy and doesn't work. I have two tickets that have been escalated to the dev team and there is no ETA of a fix. The app is also unnecessarily complicated, has terrible UX design. It has made my job very difficult, has been one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had with technology. I will be looking into switching. Please feel free to contact me, I would love to discuss this matter with whatever team rushed the release of something that was clearly not ready to be released as it doesn't work.

After losing time/money trying many different Apps, API setups, & Zaps... We FINALLY found Shopify Market Place Connect (formerly known as Codisto). This app has made reporting & fulfilling Amazon FBM orders very seamless.

Just installed the app, had a few problems, but the support team easy very quick to respond and helped me get up and running. We are now working on publishing our catalog to amazon and look forward to being successful on the platform. Really hope to see Walmart Canada added to the app soon!!

We initially had some teething troubles using Codisto but these were resolved over time and the app was working great for us, our listings on eBay were listed without issue. This morning I have tried to list on eBay and everything has changed for the worse, I now do not have a clear process to list my items on eBay, the functionality is substandard to that which was in Codisto. Filtering is a joke. Why move us over to a new tool and give us less functionality than we had. This is now going to take me orders of magnitude longer to list items. I contacted Shopify support and they have not been helpful at all, very disappointed in the whole experience.
