Zzzz....dead in the water. This lags and lags and lags and lags. Nothing has come of it other than taking an unexpected nap behind the computer. When I woke up, nothing changed except over thirty minutes of time wasted. I'd like this rectified, please.

Great customer service. The team is always quick to help with any questions or issues. My only feedback for Codisto is that the app is currently priced too high. Codisto is a great option for syncing orders and inventory with ebay. The user interface is a little hectic, but, it works well. If you have any issues at all they are very active via live chat and are very helpful.

I am so loving this app, although it was difficult for me to use, I reached out and Jordan and Joy assisted me with my issues and resolved both issues with ease, care and concern. I have tried multiple apps trying to get my products onto Amazon and this is the first one that works and to see my first product listed on Amazon was a game changer, I can't wait to get my other items listed!!!!!

I've had to contact Codisto help a few times over the last few months and the assistance has been been very positive and solved all issues. Today was an example as I chatted with Joy B. Absolutely brilliant support and excellent product. I was having some difficulties setting up my plugin and getting my listings uploaded to Amazon. The team behind Codisto did a wonderful job in setting up the plugin, configuring my listings and successfully listed in Amazon. I want to love this app and it's support but I can't. Got it so I could link it to ebay and on the surface it does what you need it to but then you end up with items being set to sell 16% more on ebay and it ends up being sold for less or quantities appearing that you didn't alter or buy in at the number. Support kinda blames you for how you set up your settings but when you question it you get irrelevant responses, even when you try to explain in detail, the issues you are getting. Everything is done by email so takes ages to ping back and forth when chat or a call would be more suffice, especially when you have been dealing with an issue for long periods of time and you get the feeling they know what the issue is but can't resolve it. It would be nice to be left feeling listened to and be supported through your problems but you feel left in limbo being asked to comb through the thousand products to find similar issues that don't flag up until they are sold. Very frustrating and upsetting

Joy was incredibly helpful and took time to walk through some of the specifics of the app and took time to answer the questions I had and went through the detailed needed. She even stayed on the line to make sure everything fed through the program and that all my questions were answered. Appreciated her time and expertise!

Support is useless, this app wont even let you pick a subscription. We are trying to give Codisto money and they dont seem to want it.
