It was working perfectly fine until they changed us to a new plan without notice or authorization. Now they say we have outstanding charges and ended up closing our account due to that. Now we have unhappy customers because of delays this has caused. Find a different app. People at this one are shady.

I am updating my review after having been in touch with the support team. I was advised - "The categories you have set in Shopify is only for your Shopify store. That means you need to manually set the category on the app." This is time consuming when you have over 2,500 products and have to manually set the category for each one. Other than this issue the app works well and customer service (Jeffrey Avila specifically) is great at trying to help. Hopefully the category feature can be fixed somehow in the future.

Complete Garbage for Ebay, very little documentation, descriptions and images get overwritten by Shopify description and images. Very buggy with virtually no support. Shopify support does not help you, yo have to email marketplace connect and they take at least 1 week to answer an email IF they even respond. For Amazon it works great. For Ebay it is complete trash. Wasted 4 days of my life with this mess of an app!

Automatically pulls in old ebay orders even when configured to not do so, and automatically calls the amazon MCF fulfillment to double-ship orders when it feels like it. This app costed us money.

I first used this system back in 2020 and it was fantastic. I stopped using it and then tried to use it again now (2/22/24), it is the worst application I've ever used in my life. I'm not exaggerating. There are no clear detailed instructions. Nor can you even find answers to simple questions like what does it mean when the offer status is "missing". How can anyone use a system when you can't even understand what the information on the user panel means?! Also in a 16 hour period, I had to clear my cache and cookie history TWICE. That still didn't solve it so they then had me go into a system administrator panel that no lay person should ever have to go to. The system created 216 listings with zero price and their explanation was that I have price sync turn off. Which I do as I use an autopricer. Well it seems that their system them creates the listings with no price! I'm literally shaking and have a migraine from trying to use this system for the past 48 hours. Don't do this to yourself!! Use anything else!!

2 issues now: 1) Etsy "Fixed Quantity" option is completely broken. it will not automatically update stock in Etsy to the fixed quantity set - you have to manually go in & tell it a different number each time you want it to update your Etsy stock. This has caused me to run out of stock 3 times now & potentially lose out on sales as a result. I've contacted customer support twice now, both of which said no issue was found & explained to me that the Etsy quantity count should indeed be automatically updating (when it is clearly not). Quite disappointed but unfortunately I don't have a better option. 2) The weight and dimensions typed for etsy integration are NOT synced to etsy as you would expect, resulting in inflated calculated shipping costs. for the sake of time savings, either you as a seller have two options - go into the old listing tool for EVERY listing and manually type in your weight and dimensions, OR change the profile to fixed to ignore weight and dimensions for shipping costs. This took hours to determine both issues and figure out that it's a syncing issue between the apps, and customer service can do NOTHING to fix it after YOU fix the problem yourself. Meaning they have no logging and no way to debug the issue themselves, proving that they have no true dev support to maintain or fix the issues you have. Absolutely appalled at this and unfortunately, regardless of the issues, I have no choice but to use this due to no other apps on the market that accomplish this.

If we could rate it with negative stars, we would, given the severe and persistent issues we've faced for over 60 days. Despite sending pictures as requested and reaching out for crucial support, the app has proven to be a travesty for any business owner relying on it. Adding to our frustration, when Amazon.com sought a conversation with a developer from Shopify Marketplace Connect to address our concerns, the support team failed to facilitate this essential dialogue. This starkly contrasts with our experience with Amazon support, which has been more proactive and willing to escalate our issue to their development team. The lack of progress in resolving this critical problem, despite having over 25 feedback emails detailing our support chat conversations, is nothing short of a business owner's nightmare. Listing our products on Amazon.com remains an unmet challenge, and Shopify Marketplace Connect has become more of a hindrance than an asset. We're not seeking a plea; we demand an immediate fix. The current state of Shopify Marketplace Connect is unacceptable for any business owner relying on its functionality. Please allow us to post attachments and emails to illustrate the urgency and severity of the problem. Your swift and decisive action in resolving these issues is imperative to salvage the credibility of Shopify Marketplace Connect for businesses like ours.

I have to say the app does its job and the support team is there to help, however their instructions were very harmful for our business. We asked two different times to two different support people if the application would respect the FREE LIMIT from ebay, so we could simply activate all items and let them sync. They said yes not one, but twice. But a week later we encounter a 40€ payment and a 50€ payment from ebay. The limit was surpassed. I believe not having the option to agree to surpass this free limit is a big hole on the implementation, and the terrible understanding of the support team was a tremendous let down for us. i would greatly recommend not trusting their recommendations. they also didnt take acountability from their mistake.
