The only app I will use! But it needs to have its chatbox much bigger because its currently hard to scroll without running thru the entire conversation which is very annoying as ive said this over and over since last year! other than that great appp and awesome staff!!

I have only been using this for a few days and one thing that has impressed me the most is the level of customer service. EVERY member of staff has been able to answer my questions with ease (and patience!), if they have not been able to answer they go away for a matter of minutes and come back with an answer. 90% of having an app is the support and these guys know how to do support!

Despite working on my Amazon listings for six months, the majority of listings are still not formatting correctly. I have wasted £30 listing fees with amazon every month, plus countless days of my time trying to sort this issue out with the Marketplace connect team. As they have not been able to fix this issue, I will be removing all of my products as the listings look totally unprofessional. A total waste of my time and money.

So far i´ve been having a great experience with them! Deff worth it! Amazon team don´t really know what they are doing half the time lol so when i contacted their support they really didn´t know how to help but marketplace connect has been there for me since day one helping me out and troubleshooting everything. Their great costumer service defiantly worth it! Oh and their customer service is also 24/hrs. Their team is amazing! Thanks again

Avis mitigé à ce stade car notre portefeuille produits comporte de nombreux kits (ou bundles ou lots composés de plusieurs références )que nous avons réussi à créer pour Amazon. Toutefois les commandes Amazon ne remontent pas pour les bundles et MarketPlace Connect n'a pas de solution à date. Sommes déçus !

App was working great, then they changed something forcing it to now send Walmart orders to Shopify with sale tax. According to their knowledge base and all documentation, it should not do this, because Walmart collects and pays tax. So we are now stuck doing manual adjustments for tax on every order to ensure we don't double pay tax. The app has become unusable. Tier 1 chat support acknowledge the bug but then moved to email where the dev team was going to work on resolution. However, decided not to do anything about it. They won't say anything more than "This is how it works" and wont escalate or assist in any way. Support is simply ignoring the bug that they know exists. We're trying to find a 3rd party app that will work. This doesn't!

Despite having 24/7 customer service available via chat, I am yet to receive any resolution to the issues I am facing. The responses I get are limited to a single email per day, either requesting additional information or stating that I will be updated on the progress. The core issue is a SKU mismatch on all the items. If you are trying to run a serious e-commerce business, this platform may not meet your needs. I was informed that my case was forwarded to an engineering team that appears to be non-existent. very disappointed !

I spoke to Jeff as i wanted to unlink a product which I thought was being sold on one platform and being fulfilled via another - turns out it wasn't and Jeff very patiently explained this to me. He also helped me with settings where I had different prices showing on each of the platforms and explained how to rectify this. He was a delight to deal with, explained things in a way that I understood while, educating me in this brand new world of e-commerce! We installed this app to connect Amazon and Walmart marketplaces to our Shopify store. Unfortunately, we were unable to link our products. We opened a support case on the 15th of July, and despite assurances that Marketplace Connect's developers were working to fix our issue, almost a month later and we still have not had a response. Shopify Marketplace Connect is holding back our business due to poor support, forcing us to look for alternatives.
