Barely works for Etsy. I can't speak to the other integrations because I only connected Etsy and had a bad experience. If your Etsy listings are exactly the same as your shopify products, this app will sync purchases. However, it will not sync any discounts that the customer applies on Etsy so it makes all analytics on Shopify useless. It also will not sync any personalization data from Etsy. I was able to do some matching using SKU, but it still didn't work great. If you complete the order on Etsy, it will not sync the data to Shopify. I could have made this work were it not for the discounts not being reflected, but after having contacted support several times with no solution, I have given up.

Been using this app since it rolled out ... we moved from the maker of it (Codisto) and have been a user for several years on the same platform. It offers as much granular control as you want on channels or you can automate as much as you want. I've been asking them all kinds of questions lately and they have been wildly responsive. By far the best app for eBay and Amazon integration. Really easy to create and edit listings in bulk and support replies almost instantly.

I have been given either untrue or false information on at least 8-10 occasions by various team members regarding my listings being uploaded to wal-mart.com. It seems that the vast majority of team members here either tell you what you want to hear and are either clueless as to what they are doing or just don't care. I will update this if this changes.

You know it's funny we get asked to submit these positive reviews to represent the entire company when in reality we deal with individuals. For me, this individual was Jeff Avila who was an amazing help despite not being able to solve all the problems I had BEAUSE THEY WERE OUTSIDE OF HIS CONTROL AND INSTEAD WERE PART OF ANOTHER COMPANY. I emphasize this because it's easy to place blame on the first person we come across, when more often the situation is much more complicated. My problems didn't get fixed, but I do feel much better and much more confident that I'm heading down the correct path with an unrelated platform to get my issues addressed and that's all thanks to Jeff, and the team. Thank you, Jeff!

UPDATE 11/24/24: A bug in the program has erased all the Amazon product category mapping/settings out of nowhere that I spent a lot of time customizing, affecting all my listings that has been previously working. Still the same bug from my previous update. UPDATE 11/20/23: It's been several days since a bug in the program that affects apparel products has caused all of my listings disconnect. None of my Amazon listings work. REVIEW: Powerful app, great customer support, but very difficult to use and full of bugs that break the app and cost you hours. I was very excited about using this app to list my clothing products on Amazon. Sometimes this has worked well, but the problem is how difficult it is to use and all the bugs that keep popping up breaking things. When trying to list, there is a lot of hidden information about fields the app doesn't tell you about. You are not really guided on what fields are required, what fields are hidden or visible between the single and bulk edit mode. It’s impossible to list without the help of customer support, but they are there to help you and do a good job.

I have some problem with the app but Joy V help me every step of the way! Wonderful customer service.

Quick response and fix.

Really poor quality customer service. It took months from the time I reported the problem to the investigation, and then they told me to contact shopify myself because the cause was due to the data values provided by shopify. Why don't they try to check with shopify themselves regarding the problem with their app, which is released as an official app on the shopify platform? And the glitch is not a small one, but a fatal one for the users that tracking information is not reflected to Etsy properly. I really can't believe it.

i'm pretty New to the App, and getting used to its many feature and how useful it can be to our operation in General, but must say the customer service is hands down , the live chat is my go to feature, the team is always ready to help and walk you thru the necessary steps in configuring very impressive, i look forward to what this app has to offer, at present am comfy working with.

I like using the Shopify Marketplace Connect app however when I have variants in 1 product listing, the Marketplace Connect app combines the quantities for each variant instead of separately in my Amazon and Walmart store. Ex. Shopify Store- Shirt 1 Small 2 Medium 0 Large 2 XLarge but my Amazon/Walmart store will show a combined total of 5 instead of their respective quantity amount like below 5 Small 5 Medium 5 Large 5 XLarge So then a customer will buy a Large even though my inventory is 0. This needs to be resolved immediately.

This app did not work. After troubleshooting for a week with multiple support agents, we weren't able to get the inventory to send over to Walmart Seller account. Also, you can't have different images over on Walmart from your Shopify images. I really wanted this app to work, but might need to go back to Sellbrite.
