Quite frankly one of the worst marketplace management tools I have ever used. The support have been terrible over a vital issue where the orders have been coming through to shopify at £0 and this has had a massive knock on effect on our accounting. The support keep saying they are on it, but it has been a week. Now we are getting other random issues where the orders are selling at the GBP number in AUD. So if a product was £100 it has been sold on AUS overnight at $100AUD. This is half!!!! So far the impact is £3k of sales which should have been sold at abouyt £6k and the issues keep continuing. We have had no proper support and since the migration from Codisto things have gone from bad to worse. The knock on impact of this is going to be 5 figures at this rate. Simply not good enough, dealing with people who simply dont care about small business. As long as their job is ok though hey?

DO NOT USE THIS APP. We have had constant issues with this app and most recently with orders pulling through with a zero value on eBay and Amazon. Their support team have been absolutley awful and unhelpful. After contacting their support I was reassuraed the issue would be escalated but the support team have now just stopped resonding to me. After contacting support again I was told there was nothing they could do and I would have to wait (even through they've stopped responding to me) after then immediatley ending the chat. This has become a major accounting and shipping issue! Where international orders have a zero value for the shipping, it means we have to manually enter a value in our shipping software in order to ship out orders. It has further caused a significant accounting problem as Shopify is reporting a zero value for the orders meaning it's severely affecting all of our reporting and margins. If you want a smooth and easy process for your eBay and Amazon orders I would strongly recommend that you do not use this app!!

Nothing but problems. Over a week and still nothing back from support on my issues with Walmart. There is clearly something wrong and with no visibility to logs it is near impossible to troubleshoot. Every answer back is check with Walmart or looks good on our side when there are clear problems. Setting up new API calls generates duplicate orders in codisto which clutter up the order page and make it near impossible to use the product. Nobody will reach out to fix the product. Still waiting for a fix for walmart pre-owned condition. I have to setup walmart by hand and totally bypass the app to keep video games in sync. Walmart has come out with a new spec but this does not seem to be implemented on the app. It is really disappointing to say the least 5 months and no resolution at all. 7-21-2024 Update: Still not working for Walmart.

It doesn't work properly. I have connected my Shopify with eBay account and some of the items on Shopify have sold out but they are still showing as available on eBay. I have deactivated an item on Shopify and manually removed it from eBay as it did not get removed automatically and it kept getting re-listed for some reason so I had to keep removing it until I was forced to permanently remove the listing from Shopify to stop it from being re-listed on eBay

Short review: App is slow, buggy, and may lead to your eBay account being suspended. Detailed review: I hate to leave a 1 star review but need to express how frustrating our experience with Marketplace Connect support has been. We switched over to using this app months ago and got our eBay sync set up to our account we've been selling from since 1998. Our account is now on a warning to get the seller rating up due to all of the cancellations we've had to do since using this app. It has constant sync issues with our Shopify inventory. If we sell something in store? It may take days, if ever (seriously) for it to update on our eBay store. Naturally this leads to regularly overselling items. That's after you can get past the VERY slow UI on Marketplace Connect's end for setting things up. The Walmart connection is even slower to navigate, but at least, so far, that sync is stable. To their credit, they have improved the navigation on the eBay side some since we started using it, and I suspect a large part of their issue is that they just are not optimized for stores such as ours with hundreds of thousands of SKU's. We've regularly provided support with updates on oversells and sync issues. They are always very fast to respond (kudos to the 1st level support group!). But they never have answers. We have zero communication from them other than when we send over a new example. No updates what-so-ever. After months. So when we do ask for an update on the underlying issue, 1st level support says the ticket is still with the engineering team and there is no further update to provide. I feel like we've given support ample time to fix their issues, or at least *COMMUNICATE* with us on a regular basis to know what to expect. We've had to put our eBay account into vacation mode at this point and seek alternative options. Edit: It's been well over a month and we've since found a different app fro the eBay sync (Lionz) where all is working smoothly. In that month, the Marketplace Connect support has had one single response to our long open ticket. It was a promise from one of their developers that they would be looking into our ticket further, and that they would stay in touch. Not a word since then. So for anyone having similar issues, please check out Lionz instead. They are eBay sync only for now, but actually work well for that portion.

Works fine for ebay but not Amazon. I've been put through the wringer with this company and have been with them for 12 months so it's not a knee jerk reaction but MarketPlace Connect simply does not do what it says. I keep being told developers are looking into it but it's not solved. I don't believe they have the technical skills because simple listings do not sync with Amazon and are stuck in publishing mode. I've waited 2 months for this to be sorted but run out of patience. I absolutely do not recommend this app for Amazon syncing.

Had to migrate over to connect after codisto was discontinued. The negative reviews were spot on. My steady Amazon sales are gone. Most of my listings went to error and are now inactive. It's a complete guessing game how to correct. Hours with chat and on phone with Customer service. Got brushed off by service tech. Said I needed to escalate my issue to another department and I would be contacted via email and call within 24 hours. Neither happened. Marketplace Connect is not easy and not for people without extensive training. Even the Techs at Connect can't get my Shopify listings to connect to Amazon
