Hi team, The install page is frozen, when I click install it try's to open a page but nothing comes up?

Linked items all showing the wrong Base Price, so to work out the price you have to go into eBay and keep checking - easier just to update the eBay price via eBay, so what's the point??? Will Update once they fix. Why, does this App keep having issues... PLEASE Resolve ASAP

Resolved my issue within a week. This app is by far more useful than others ive tried with you no longer needing to have a corresponding shopify listing to link it to. It will just bring all your info over from Etsy and Ebay regardless and add it to the Orders list in Shopify. Really useful!

Okay this app literally does not do the single thing it is supposed to do, which is syncing your pricing and inventory counts to 3rd party marketplaces. I have spent hours on chats and videocalls with support and they have absolutely nothing for me. It's with the developer team which is laughable because I am asking for the most basic functionality of the app to work the way that all of their reps expect it to work. Just an utterly unusable product. Update: they finally got it working. All was well for a few weeks until I realized all prices were marked up by 5% on Amazon. All settings correct and unchanged. Support is trying but super unsure what is happening. Unusable app I don't know how Shopify endorses this

The support from Ian was fantastic in resolving all the issues I was facing with Shopify Marketplace Connect. My interface with ebay is now 100% fixed after working in partnership to identify the cause and remedies. Thank you, I will certainly not hold back in getting support promptly in the future.

This app is completely useless, truly not usable. Codisto was great, it worked well, this new Marketplace Connect will not work with anyone who has more than a handful of products to list. I cannot even filter our listings, the data is so slow to load after 2 minutes (timed) about 10% of one filter option was loaded for our 5,000 live ebay product listings. After 3+ years with Codiso, I am now in a rush to move to a new platform that we can actually use. Super disappointed.

The first time I reached out to customer support, none of my issues got resolved. However, on my next time reaching out, everything I needed done to get my Walmart Seller account connected was handled quickly and efficiently, and I finally got my accounts linked. Definitely recommend the app, as it makes keeping track of all of my channel sales so much easier.

App ignores the settings you chose. They work for a while but randomly reset.

This app has been nothing but a headache. Support usually has no clue how to fix things, although they are usually very nice. It's unfortunate because this app is totally necessary if you sell on Walmart. It would be so simple to explain how to fix the app but seems there have been no upgrades on this app in forever. It's a pity. I wish someone that works at this app/company would actually fix it and make it work properly. EDIT – After several support attempts — the main issues with the app still persist. Want a custom product detail page for shopify—that's awesome! But NOT awesome if you realize that EVERYTHING SYNCS TO WALMART AND THERE IS ZERO CUSTOMIZATION.

Don't recommend. Tried connecting to a medium size ebay store and had several issues. The app was very slow to load. Product with variants wouldn't import from the ebay account with their full variant codes. I wanted to make no live changes to my ebay listings while I was getting this set up and turned off all syncing options, I told support this when I contacted them about the bug with the sku codes not showing up correctly. The agent that had no understanding of what the issue was, went round in circles about it and eventually deleted a listing without asking for permission first. Horrible experience. I had to spend several hours fixing the issues the agent caused on my ebay store. I deleted this app after that.

Mariel was great and very knowledgeable in what I needed to do in getting my shopify sync'd and linked onto ebay. Highly recommend!

Overall good app. Some weird quirks in the UI. Support can be iffy at best. I have been told conflicting information from support often by the same support person in the same ticket! Also been sent random knowledgebase articles that do not pertain to my question.

Great app to work with and the online Live Chat support is good too for basic help and set up...however if you require technical support escalation due to technical issues please be aware this could take weeks even months to sort out. I have raised 3 tickets over 3- 4 weeks and still awaiting a reply from them.

My brain just wasnt with it today and i was struggling to get this going to the point i uninstalled and tried enough app. The other apps i tried just didnt do what i wanted. So i tried this again and contacted support. Mariel R was helping me within minutes and walked me through the whole thing. Everything is no working perfect. They also explained everything beautifully so i truly understood everything i was doing instead of just mindlessly clicking buttons. Thanks heaps!

This is the worst app I have ever used. The Etsy connecting is mapping discontinued products and keeps listing them on Etsy. I cannot find any way to stop this from happening. I delete them, they come back. Uninstalling the whole thing. It is unusable.
