I first used this system back in 2020 and it was fantastic. I stopped using it and then tried to use it again now (2/22/24), it is the worst application I've ever used in my life. I'm not exaggerating. There are no clear detailed instructions. Nor can you even find answers to simple questions like what does it mean when the offer status is "missing". How can anyone use a system when you can't even understand what the information on the user panel means?! Also in a 16 hour period, I had to clear my cache and cookie history TWICE. That still didn't solve it so they then had me go into a system administrator panel that no lay person should ever have to go to. The system created 216 listings with zero price and their explanation was that I have price sync turn off. Which I do as I use an autopricer. Well it seems that their system them creates the listings with no price! I'm literally shaking and have a migraine from trying to use this system for the past 48 hours. Don't do this to yourself!! Use anything else!!

2 issues now: 1) Etsy "Fixed Quantity" option is completely broken. it will not automatically update stock in Etsy to the fixed quantity set - you have to manually go in & tell it a different number each time you want it to update your Etsy stock. This has caused me to run out of stock 3 times now & potentially lose out on sales as a result. I've contacted customer support twice now, both of which said no issue was found & explained to me that the Etsy quantity count should indeed be automatically updating (when it is clearly not). Quite disappointed but unfortunately I don't have a better option. 2) The weight and dimensions typed for etsy integration are NOT synced to etsy as you would expect, resulting in inflated calculated shipping costs. for the sake of time savings, either you as a seller have two options - go into the old listing tool for EVERY listing and manually type in your weight and dimensions, OR change the profile to fixed to ignore weight and dimensions for shipping costs. This took hours to determine both issues and figure out that it's a syncing issue between the apps, and customer service can do NOTHING to fix it after YOU fix the problem yourself. Meaning they have no logging and no way to debug the issue themselves, proving that they have no true dev support to maintain or fix the issues you have. Absolutely appalled at this and unfortunately, regardless of the issues, I have no choice but to use this due to no other apps on the market that accomplish this.

I need to urgently address the appalling experience we've had with Shopify Marketplace Connect. If we could rate it with negative stars, we would, given the severe and persistent issues we've faced for over 60 days. Despite sending pictures as requested and reaching out for crucial support, the app has proven to be a travesty for any business owner relying on it. Adding to our frustration, when Amazon.com sought a conversation with a developer from Shopify Marketplace Connect to address our concerns, the support team failed to facilitate this essential dialogue. This starkly contrasts with our experience with Amazon support, which has been more proactive and willing to escalate our issue to their development team. The lack of progress in resolving this critical problem, despite having over 25 feedback emails detailing our support chat conversations, is nothing short of a business owner's nightmare. Listing our products on Amazon.com remains an unmet challenge, and Shopify Marketplace Connect has become more of a hindrance than an asset. We're not seeking a plea; we demand an immediate fix. The current state of Shopify Marketplace Connect is unacceptable for any business owner relying on its functionality. Please allow us to post attachments and emails to illustrate the urgency and severity of the problem. Your swift and decisive action in resolving these issues is imperative to salvage the credibility of Shopify Marketplace Connect for businesses like ours.

I have to say the app does its job and the support team is there to help, however their instructions were very harmful for our business. We asked two different times to two different support people if the application would respect the FREE LIMIT from ebay, so we could simply activate all items and let them sync. They said yes not one, but twice. But a week later we encounter a 40€ payment and a 50€ payment from ebay. The limit was surpassed. I believe not having the option to agree to surpass this free limit is a big hole on the implementation, and the terrible understanding of the support team was a tremendous let down for us. i would greatly recommend not trusting their recommendations. they also didnt take acountability from their mistake.

Easy to navigate, inventory and product details are syncing well. Since we've used the app, it is so much easier to manage products and orders. Customer service is very helpful and responsive. It will only take you a second before they answer.

I have tried several eBay collaboration apps, and I think this is the app with the smoothest collaboration. The chat support is responsive and helpful in resolving issues. It was disappointing that bundle products could not be linked, but I rate it highly with high expectations for the future.

I only used this app for a Walmart.com listing. I'm not sure how it performs for other marketplaces. Here were my issues with Walmart: 1) The listing on Walmart was never the same as the product information on Shopify. I tried multiple times and ways to edit something as basic as the title showing up for the Walmart listing and even after chatting with support multiple times, I was unable to change the Walmart listing title or edit the description completely. The description was pretty much always a bit off 2) Marketplace Connect should see from my Shopify account that I'm shipping all my orders through Amazon MCF. It turns out that Walmart does not allow competitor carriers to be used so Marketplace Connect kept sending Walmart my shipping information and Walmart ignored it. Then they cancelled all my orders after all the products had already been delivered to customers and gave customers their money back. Marketplace Connect should have been able to warn me that the carrier I was using was not compatible with Walmart as Walmart has a list of carriers they can easily compare against.

After working with many apps for years on Shopify for marketplaces, I can award this app for the MOST RELAXED ONE ever! For real, you know we have been fufilling the orders from our side on Shopify, then as we are cancelled/suspended due to NOT SHIPPING ORDERS. Thanks to these guys as they say "SLOW API OF WALMART" has not been retrieving our tracking numbers to Walmart, it is really funny when they are the ONLY APP THAT HAS THIS ISSUE! Anyways, I don't recommend this app. It is cheap though with all the marketplaces etc, I wouldn't call the app worst one, but they're not on the brighest side either. UPDATE: After 3 weeks of asking for the fix of the order syncing, they are still telling us their "developers" are working on the problem. They, again, tell us that there is still a complexity of the Walmart API. We've been told that our problem is "high priority", but as we understand from this 3 weeks is not that long a time. Also we asked their log to send Walmart/submit a ticket, because we've been told before the problem is "slow Walmart API", yet this request not answered yet.
