Great App, The Problem is that we manage 2 more Shopify Accounts. And we can't stay online at the same time.

This is trash. Magically dropped off the store. Tried to reinstall, doesn't work. chat link takes you to a page asking you to load the app. What a load of sh1t.

Good job on the chat bot. I love the features and everything it offers. Thanks again for developing an amazing product.

The app doesn't work on my phone. it keeps signing me out and I miss messages. Not very useful if it doesnt work half the time.

Decrease the speed of the shop. Analytic tools like Google tell me to delete this app ! I do no find any trick to speed up the shop without deleting the app

I would like to be able to disable where chat tells me a person is back online. If that is going to pop up everytime someone logs back in that will be annoying

easy to use app I hope they add more features soon! It is very basic now, needs more options/colors.

This app has been amazing for help us communicate with our customers and site visitors. We are so happy to be able to help them through this app. It's easy to use, connects to our Facebook messenger and works super smoothly.

Clients images never seem to come through to me so I always have to redirect them to email to see their attachments.

So Far I Absolutely Love This app, I Love The Ease Of It & The Ability To Change Up The Message On The Messenger. I Have Zero Complaints Especially If This App Remains Free As It Should Be!

Easy to chat with mobile or desktop customers. Will be testing it out for Black Friday week when we have the highest volume.

Love the ability to chat with customers on my site. Would love the option to have an away message outside of business hours.

I appreciate that this is a free app supplied by Shopify for which I am grateful. However, it has nearly no customization, notifications through Ping Android App are appallingly bad and inconsistent and so often I get messages but don't know until the customer has left. No time stamps on messages means you don't know whether customer left 1 minute ago, so might be able to recover via Email immediately or whether it was 1/2/3 hours before. Some of us SME owners are too busy at the moment to keep checking their phone just in case someone messaged. Am now looking at paid alternatives unfortunately.

Notifications are broken. It will work once and then never again. I changed nothing with my phone or any settings. I got notified a customer was wanting to chat 1 time EVER. Then it will never do it again.

AMAZING. I have customer all the time ask about their order and an update. This app does all of that for me. Sends thank you emails, sends welcome emails. Its like having a personal assistant who knows what you need.

This app is perfect, I have used others and online chat is an important part of the business, customers can get a quick response

No way to know when your customers have send messages to you other than following the chat monitor all the time. No idea how to uninstall either, doesn't show in the aps.
