Having an in-store chat option definitely increases customer engagement, and we have had a few extra customers purchase due to the chat, which might not have otherwise. It'd be great if the app had the option to add/edit hours of availability for the chat, so folks don't just sit around wondering when they'll get a response, but for what it is, it does its job well.

The app works well, however it would be much better if there were scheduled times it was On or Off for when we cannot respond.

Its a beloved feature for our customers. If only the app would support notification for multiple stores - that is so important for us and I guess many other multiple store owners.

Please provide the option to start minimized instead of just popping up. This could be experienced a bit too pushy for the visitor and have a negative impact.

Simple interface and works very well so far. Integrates well with the team and connecting with customers is fast.

Enjoyed this app, but staff can't respond: ("you dont have permission ). Already sent invite, but still same message.

I enjoy using shopify chat. It's easy to set up and use. Definitely recommend. There is step by step directions.Definitely recommend.

I really wanted to like this app. Integration with Apple Messages works well, it looks good and everything is centralised on Ping. Plus it’s free. However, just turning this app on instantly kills my pagespeed score! It’s loading webfonts, google captchas, jquery and a bunch of other stuff. Plus I have no control over it. There should be an option to manually insert chat onto the theme, so I could get some control on how it’s loaded. Or options to disable chat on mobile version (it’s where it’s most noticeable the performance hit). Or please do anything really about performance, I want to use this app and chat service but as it is it’s simple impossible.

The App doesn't work for users in Europe, because the chat button physically collides with the buttons of Shopify's Customer Privacy Banner (mandatory for EU shops) which renders it useless. There should be an option which allows to create a vertical offset in order to place it at a working position. Also, when changing the language the button won't resize and displays a chopped off text.

Es una aplicación muy fácil de instalar, se puede modificar en base a lo que cada uno requiera en su pagina.

Por que dicen que es gratis si no lo es? no confundan a la gente, ahora no soy capaz de desinstalarla. me pueden ayudar?

So far so good. This is exactly what I need to keep our customers in tuch instantly. Thanks to 'shopify chat'! The most great part of it is it is ntotally free.

I love this app. It's great that I can chat using the app and my customers receive messages as texts once they are offline. I would give this 5 stars if I could change the prompts. "Check order status" is not relevant to my customers and confuses them. Pls change the coding to allow shop owners to add different conversation starters.

I would give it 5 stars but for the fact, if a person leaves an email you cant copy and paste it into the email from the top of the app. If a person types their email into the conversation then pressing this does in fact open the email app so you can email. It's a little annoying.

I added this app to have a better experience with the customers. Instead of them having to email, they can send a message through chat and I can respond immediately.

The app is great, I wish it has the ability to edit: 1- Text on the button "Chat with us!" . 2- Enable/Disable auto question "What's my order status?". 3- Change the color of the button which closes the chat.

this not a bad little app. very easy to navigate.I really like this App. Thank you For your help, and the vision you make for everyone to become an entrepreneur.

I used this app to help me setup priority products, haven't see the result of the finish task. Can't say I did not enjoy using this app.
