Great app! It tells you the customer and the order typically either their last one or current one in their cart.

Pretty good for a free app. I like how it shows notifications on my phone as well, so I can reply my customers wherever I am. Thanks for a great app! :)

Simple to implement, easy to use on the go with the mobile app and this really has help us convert more sales online!

缺点：界面色彩单一，太枯燥了，没有表情，不能搜索对话或者归类，自定义标签，建议像facebook messager学习， 其他功能很好，非常好用，而且与shopify商城结合紧密，可以看到客户的加购等动作，希望以后不要收费，谢谢

Prima app, voordelen het is gratis maar de layout is ook mooi voor op je shop. Ook het dashboard werkt prima, echt een aanrader!

Works well. We can definitely better manage communication with our customers. I would rather this be integrated within the same shopify app and not a separate app but that's just an additional improvement

Shopify Inbox Login Error. When I log in Shopify Inbox App in Android, Error Code : browser_not_found.Ens come out. Even though my mobile phone installed Chrome and Samsung Internet. My phone is Samsung Note 9. Please help me on this.

除了打开速度较慢，其他的挺不错的， 方便沟通，内嵌简洁。如果商店一直保持在线的话是非常便利的软件，可以快速响应客户信息。但是不在线的话，也会有邮件告知有客户来信息，但是无法查看到信息的具体内容，需要重新登陆并查看，这一点不太便利。

Kind of a great app. It just lacks customization to make it more branded, and also the customization to hide it on some website pages. Would be great for messages coming from IG if we could see their profile picture and a quick link to access they profile, so we don't confuse different users.

The ability to communicate with customers is invaluable. I did notice that you can now see what the customer is viewing. That helps a lot.
