This app is really handy for collecting messages from multiple platforms - saves me time and I don't miss as many things. A big improvement would be allowing us to see messages and respond to them from inside our store dashboard without having to click and open so many additional windows.

Overall we are pretty satisfied with the Shopify Inbox. There are some additional features we'd like to see, including: -Sending Conversation Transcripts within the conversations -The ability to search within old/closed conversations for emails -The ability to get to an old conversation from the customers page (while there is a link that takes you to Shopify Inbox, it does not follow all the way through to the specific conversation.) Lastly, we've had some trouble with the desktop notifications working some of the time and not others. While the mobile notifications have worked well, most of our users are on desktops when monitoring Shopify Inbox.

The app has been a big help to us so far in terms of liaising with customers and providing quick answers to people without our input. There are a few things needing to be ironed out, but overall we like it a lot and look forward to seeing improvements. A few issues to note: * Notifications on iPhone never go away, so it always looks like there's a message to respond to (red number on the app icon). * Syncing between users and devices seems a bit buggy (conversations closed or assigned in one place don't seem to appear that way elsewhere). * We are getting a lot of spam messages come in via Instagram especially and it would be good to have a way to block or filter them rather than wasting time on them. * It would be good to be able to style the chat button via CSS more so than we can now. * Being able to hide the chat button on certain pages more easily would be great.

so far it's great.. it allows me to answer a customer question as they are shopping. I really love that it then shows me what they are putting in their cart, so that I can potentially make other suggestions. I get way too many solicitations for marketing help from fivr people, and I'd love to be able to delete their texts, leaving only legitimate customer conversations.

This app is the most significant improvement to my store since the "If You Liked That, Then Try This". Smart, efficient, my customers like it, and I like it as well. However, it now means I can never be away from the store, since it works beautifully on my mobile device as well.

It's really good, but not as good as some 3rd party apps. I like how I can like products and make recommendations, but I experience lag, transmission errors, and the alerts seem delayed at times.
