I did NOT install this freaking app. Stop messing with my store. I'm not paying Shopify a monthly fee to do whatever they feel like to my store.

I did not install this app. I saw it listed and wondered what the heck is Shop!? Why is this here when I did not install it?!!!

Customers being allowed to make purchases when products are out of stock and Shopify support are not willing to take any responsibility for it. It's a shame because usually Shopify do these things well but clearly this is not the case here. They are trying to create a marketplace without taking any responsibility for things that don't work within it. I have removed all my products from it and deleted the sales channel. I would recommend that you do the same.

I AM REMOVING FROM MY STORE NOW! PLAYING AROUND WITH IT AND IT REFUSES MY PAY IN 4 PAYMENTS. THIS APP ALSO TRACKS EVERY ORDER I HAVE COMING TO MY HOUSE FROM OTHER COMPANIES IN WHICH I DO NOT USE SHOP PAY. KIND OF CREEPY AND IT'S MESSING UP MY ENTIRE CHECK OUT PROCESS. I AM LEARNING THAT EVERY APP FROM SHOPIFY IS A JOKE!!!!! AND BLOCKS YOUR ACCOUNTS! NEVER USE THE INSTAGRAM & FACEBOOK APP THEY OFFER OR MAIL!

This app lacks alot of features. You don't get notified when customers review their products and have no control over that. Your store can be disabled WAY too quickly with no control over that as well. My store had one product that promoted the entire store to be disabled with no way to fix it even though I was bringing in thousands of dollars. Really unhappy customer here.

Awful app only works if you're a buyer. I have not been able to use this for my business in 2 years. It's an utter joke. I've now raised a second ticket to try and get answers. Apparently, my business violates their policies legal department is a useless department. They say they won't help you and can't do anything. We are on the banned product list for selling animal products. We sell Raw do treats that are natural chews for dogs. I'm thinking to remove this channel that offers nothing to my business.

Love the user friendly platform! I had nothing but good outcomes from the Shop Channel. It is a must for any DTC business!

It's fast to sync which is awesome but the price will use "compare at price" aka retail pricing instead of your actual price... this basically defeats any value from this connector if you're using Compare At Price.

They work against sellers by supporting the scammers !! , they have zero customer support, and their platform is ideal for getting ripped off by scammers.

We can't use Shop, but it now prints on all our shipping labels. Another boutique claimed we stole their photo, even though it was a vendor provided photo. We aren't allowed to appeal, but got dinged with copyright infringement in a he said she said. Stop advertising your services to my customers, and then not allow me to participate in said services. Especially since you never even heard our side or looked at our proof we had rights to use it too.

Doesn't allow alcohol sale. Useless for merchants even though shopify allows alcohol on website. How is this ok to you?

App worked great for me for a few years, I get A chargeback that I show proof that My item was delivered, I did everything correct on my end, Shipping during the holidays is a pain. I showed proof when the item was sent and that the item was delivered to their door steps, And I get taken off of the SHOP app. My customer kept the item and that is fraud. I am out of money and out of an item. Now without a shopping channel because of an issue that was out of my control.

I can’t connect my Shopify store to shop, keep trying to amend issues preventing me Completed all tasks but still cannot connect Would be nice to talk to a human rather than emails

Die App ist vom Entwurf gut. Bei mir funktioniert sie aber trotz massiver Unterstützung vom shopify support nicht. Das ist für mich als Anwender eine Katastrophe. Ich kann die App keineswegs weiterempfehlen

The shop app send harrasing emnails to my customers asking for reviews and this cannot be stopped. This app will disturb and harrass your customers for a long time asking repeatedly for reviews. This harrases and chases your customers away. Ive just had a complaint about this!

Wost App you can possibly add/use in your lifetime. Terrible I would give a negative if possible but, we are unable. #Parfumeworld.com

Shopify is using their control over thousands of stores to hijack customers and funnel them through shopify's ecosystem. If a customer is signed into "shopify", even if they don't have the shop app on their phone, Shopify bypasses the checkout options provided by you, the merchant and funnels your customers into their own ecosystem and payment offerings. It's just a matter of time before a class action lawsuit is served to Shopify.

Thank God For Shop, We've gotten some great recognition by adding shop to our sales channel on shopify. We are the Most appreciative.

Please help me understand this. I thought that this was a way to bring new customers into the brand. But now I'm seeing that customers I paid for through Facebook ads have placed their first order through my site -- and a second order through Shop. How was Shop contacting my customer? How would this happen? Is Shop hijacking my customers and encouraging them to bypass my site entirely?

Keeps saying my store is ineligible but was never told why. Something about a product not on my site. I've been on Shopify for a long time and status still hasn't changed. Apparently garbage.

This App is a joke and in no way makes it easier for new shops to sell their products. Shopify literally tells you "Grow your business with tools and features that make it easier to sell your products", but then does not allow you to sell products on Shop, if you haven't had any payments processed with Shopify Payments in the last 90 days. Why on earth would you make "Shopify market place", if you do not allow all Shopify stores to sell there? Better go with Amazon, Ebay or whichever marketplace that do not have such ridiculous restrictions.

I'm honestly surprised to see the negative reviews. It took me about ~20 minutes to set everything up (It was mainly tedious work), I created my collections and then published them to the Shop Channel. This app has brought me Many new customers. The only bad thing about this app is that you can only add 10 Collections to your shop and there is no way to increase this limit (There might be a way, but I just don't know).

Can't add products. None of my products come up when I try to search for them to add them. I've enabled all my products for the Shop sales channel, but they still aren't available to add.
