easy use buying and selling app. its really easy to find new product sellers, such as myself. I've gotten most of my orders from shop.

We have heard great responses from the customers on the Shop app. As a merchant, it is nice to have the additional channel.

I like this app overall. However, it could do better with product delivery dates and card messages. It doesn't provide the necessary fields during the purchase to allow customers to pick delivery dates (for flowers/plants) nor does it offer a field to insert a message for a delivery or a card to accompany the delivery. Because of this glitch, we regularly have to call the customer to get card messages and delivery dates.

The Shop Chanel app is easy to use and feature friendly. It offers a custom storefront and also offers detailed anylytics.

Love the shop ecosystem. Has helped my business a ton. We get tons of organic sales through the app which has amplified our bottom line

never had any probleme selling shoe on my boutique and all of a soudain received a message that it doesnt meet the requirement to use shop didnt thoug much bc i dont care not being promoted and now they closed my shop due to not meeting requirement Theo from Resell-lausanne.com

So many reasons why we dont like this app; we use a fulfilment warehouse and some items are fragile and need specific carriers which take longer to plan for a successful unbroken delivery, The Shop App dominates everything you have set up for your store and can ruin it overnight. Lead times are overruled; reviews are overruled when we already have a review site. Our customers are sent automation we have not authorised which must be a data breach. Last but not least Shop Pay purple dominates our website and puts itself as the first Express pay option long before any other payment method is shown. We have tried to speak to Shopify to get some of the functions turned off, it’s taken over an hour on the phone to Shopify and they haven't got a clue what Shop Pay is.

Starting to get sales so all good!! My products were included automatically so all easy. I recommend it and hope it continues to grow.

We use this at Pop Collectibles Canada (popcollectibles.ca) and it has helped with conversion rates. I would highly recommend this channel because it does hurt to have. 100% would use this again for all our future shops

78 bad ratings says it all. Saw our store was including a shop pay payment option without our knowledge and then was told we dont qualify to use app. At what point did stores need "to qualify" to monetize and promote a 3rd party app?

Amazing! This channel brought lots of traffic to my site and also helped with orders and checkout. I'm happy to see Shop.com compete with Amazon as the margins are a lot better and helpful to sellers to generate income. Thank you!

Pretty good but too limited and basic with options for personalising your shop. Also desperately needs the ability to add Metafields to product pages - for example some products we sell take 2-3 weeks to fulfil, there is no way to relay this information without editing the product description every time the item goes in or out of stock on the Shop App unlike our website which uses Metafields to do so

so far so good. Just started using this platform and already have a sale. Bit of an issue transferring from ebay due to categories. Same issue transferring to FB shops. Still has ways to work around but will take some time
