no use in UK - option for customer to select 4 payments is not available although this is not stated

I'm not using it for a long time... Just few weeks, that's all... I can't say too much about it's functionality yet as it's not enough time to dig deeper into app... Maybe in few months time I will be able to update the review with more details and what I can say for now: The app is working, opening the app I can see that it generates sales while it's free... What else should I say here? So far I can't say a bad word about this app, generates sales, showing some followers... this all works slowly towards growing brand I will definitely recommend this app as today www.PierreFrancis.co.uk

Can't seem to install it. I click on the "Add App" button and it goes blank! Please help out so I can install this for my store!

404 error for us as well. Not sure whats going on. We've used this app as a consumer for a long time, and we'd love to add it to our store. UPDATE: Went to our main page under Shop Channels and found that Shop app was installed. It shows the 404 error upon clicking to install, but it did install for us.

I'm getting a 404 error and can't install this onto our store. I have tried multiple times on different browsers.

Same here tried installing and got the 404 page not found error. Is there anything else I can do? Hope you can help us with this.

Same Error message as everyone else when installing today. Error message is 404 on the store page, not the the dashboard.

I'm glad I'm not the only one getting that 404 result. Not sure why it is like that but I Hope they fix that glitch soon.

HI! When I try to install the app its goes directly to my 404 page not found. Not sure why? Can you help?

Great for tracking orders that I send out, discoverability for my products, and for my customers to quickly and easily buy from me. I also like that I can set up a marketing automation in it to send repeat customers a discount code!

Our customers use Shop Pay and a growing percentage are showing interest in using the Shop App. We love having the ability to update our profile, manage product availability, and see performance data as it relates to the Shop platform.

Updated: Initially the app would not show our brand. I contacted SHOP support who took a few weeks to respond (to my negative review). It is now working.

I installed the Shop app a week ago. My business is still not showing up on the app. I have called in twice and talked with two different support people. The issue has not been resolved.

Installed app nearly a week ago and it's still not showing in search or on the app. We have tried to email support and no reply back to us.

Setup everything as needed. Store not appearing in Shop App. Please help!!! Not sure how to proceed as there is no contact info.

I have been running e-commerce stores for some time now. I really love the premise of the SHOP app. I think it has a lot of potential to assist in order tracking and convenience for customers that order with ecommerce shops. However, I am having a large problem with SHOP in how it does not synch well with orders placed at one of my dropship sites. SHOP does not follow tracking of other carriers, and seems to only follow with USPS. This is causing a customer service nightmare with one of my stores. If we are misusing this app please (developers) comment, and we will happily change our review. Cainiao order tracking (for example) does not function.

My customers & I say "Best tracking/delivery A/B, order delivery notification app". Great job.

I've just started a business and love how easy it was to get my brand profile set up on the app! I'm also a huge fan of Shop's order tracking personally, so it's great my customers will be able to take advantage of it straight from ASOM's checkout page.

I received an email from shopify to recommend I install the shop app. I did so, and then realised it is for US and Canadian stores only. perhaps shopify shouldnt email UK customers with misleading information!

Doesn't work for me after following the guide and doing all the work and making products available on shop channel; neither shop is appearing on app nor inventory.
