I use this app for ALL of the sites I manage—it's the best custom page builder I've found and the interface is way better than PageFly. It's easy to train new employees on the platform, and the styles/snippets function make it really easy to keep consistency throughout. Plus, managing multiple sites is less tedious since I can swap to other sites as long as they're managed with the same user.

As with any new program there is a learning curve, but shogun has lots of content out there to help. Their chat is always there to help quickly and I've reached out to them many times. The new section builder is truly a game changer!

I used the support team to help with an issue I was having on one of my Shogun pages. They were incredibly helpful and determined that it was user error! (my bad). Amazingly friendly, prompt and helpful service.

This is a great app that offers a lot of possibilities. Support is also great when you run into any issues.

Awesome app! It's a game changer if you want to transform basic, boring product listings into well designed product pages that sell. Highly recommend. I'd just be aware of the product page limits - if you want to create regular content this could cause an issue down the line. Great support - prompt and personal. Thank you to James Power who helped me with an issue I was having integrating another app. Although it wasn't a Shogun issue - he still went out of his way to help me get it resolved. Thank you! :)

Shogun is a good builder once you get the hang of using its interface. The support team is critical to a page builder, most people in the team are great but one standout individual is Sweetan. He is probably one of the best support reps that I've experienced in a very long time. He has always gone above and beyond to support me with my website building even though I'm a novice. He always takes the time to understand my questions and provides a clear resolution or if not possible, alternatives to some of my website issues/concerns. Every time I had a question he always responded promptly and followed up to make sure everything runs smoothly, which I highly value in a person. Thank you Sweetan. I hope this feedback gets passed on to the senior leadership team that you're doing an amazing job! Well done.

Very solid page builder. Not having to pay a developer to build a one-off landing page makes Shoguns's monthly cost worth it. Quick responses from customer service if questions pop up.

The page builder itself is really easy to use and the support team is fast to response when we have had any problems.

I do like the app however it is at times clunky - however, my experience with Mara on support was fantastic as she was very quick at resolving my problem!

To say this app is powerful would be an understatement, however, I would like to call out their support. It is always prompt, courteous, and useful. If you need this type of functionality for your store, I cannot recommend this plugin enough.

I've tried multiple free page builders in the Shopify app store and Shogun is miles ahead of the competition to where it's worth the additional $ per month just for the amount of headaches it has saved.

Love the Chat support you guys have. Spot on advice and I'm very pleased with my pages. Its an enjoyable experience when someone is right there to help with the hurdles.

The support is good! The app does a lot of what I need it to. I wish there were more integrations and that the existing integrations worked more seamlessly. It would also be helpful if they linked to instructions from the integration setup section or in the editor so that if there are specific steps that must be followed, it's easy to access that.

The app support with Shogun is above and beyond exceptional. If you aren't able to solve a problem the support team will immediately solve it for you. They'll either show you how to do it with a recorded screenshot, give you step by step written instruction, or they'll just do it for you right on your webpage. I'm so thankful for them!
