So far so good. Actually loving it. Fantastic customer service. I hope that remains. We will see. But perfect score so far. ooops... there is no way to create Pop-Ups (lightboxes) for our videos. Unfortunately, this will not work for us. Had to bring it down one star

Before online 2.0, shopify was very limited in creating pages and shogun has been great in creating pages for our store from product pages to other pages to reflect our offerings. Support has always been responsive and helpful. Just recently we are transitioning to our pages on online 2.0 and once again support was helpful in the process of reverting some of the pages.

the support is top-notch! Anytime I have a question they are readily available and are very knowledgeable!

Good features that keep improving, and excellent and efficient support team! I highly recommend this platform for e-commerce sites

This app is really easy user managable and easy to use.It helps me to make the customization in a very easy way.

Overall it's great for what it does. What's not so great is relying on them when shit hits the fan. Something happened with their backend that kept us from updating our pages. Took them around a month to figure out what was wrong and fix it. Provided zero compensation for the issue even though I'm paying $$ each month. Hard to say how reliable they will be in the long run.

The app gets a little buggy at times, but the team to help is amazing and area always fast to help me with any issues that happen.

Very straight forward to use. There is also a plan that has an option for live chat support which is very responsive and helpful.

Shogun is a super easy platform to navigate and help bring your brand to life, while elevating it to another degree. The support team are uber responsive and beyond diligent. Justine, James and Adam have been wonderful and very clear in their communication making the web design process a lot breezier than I've ever found it before.

Shogun gives you so many more options than using a Shopify template! Plus their support staff is amazing if you are having trouble creating your page.

The app allows a wide range of customisation which is really great but the customer support is what sets it apart. They are quick to respond and come up with solutions.

Used the support today and they were wonderful. We also love the ability to have unlimited options when it comes to designing. Love this software!
