Max Rand on Shogun's support team is a legend. The app has been a life saver for us for testing landing pages. Only which they offered better integration with Themes 2.0.

If customer service is important to you (and it should be) then you won't go wrong with Shogun. They do a great job of getting right to the point and helping to solve complex problems.

Really helped my store become very competitive. Highly recommended. Support is also very good, 24 hour chat support! You can't go wrong!

Customer Service was very efficient in dealing with my request. Leah was most helpful in solving a small issue I had in gaining access to Shogun... the problem was dealt with very quickly!

Their customer service is quick and able to provide the solution needed. It does not take a long time for them to anaylze what we need and provide the solution.

Leah went above and beyond helping me with an issue I raised with them, they were so articulate in what it was I needed to do and even provided a video with audio assistance to make sure I knew how to resolve my problem.

Features could be a little more robust (specifically the product carousels not being able to propagate additional content) but support is very helpful and fast.

The customer support was very personable and helpful...I like when I can tell I'm definitely talking to a person. I think for what I was trying to accomplish with this app, it may be more complicated than what I need... but I'm excited to try it on other pages where I'd like more design elements than the standard Shopify page. So I'll definitely give it a try. Thanks for your help!

Sweetan was so quick to respond to my query and when there wasn't an obvious solution, found a great workaround that allowed me to do what I wanted in the first place. Great, friendly and efficient customer service, thank you!

Such an amazing app. Besides all the amazing featurettes, the customer service is out of this world and super fast with replies. 10/10 would recommend

I'm writing this review for a shogun technical support employee. Lynsey Cawdle helped me when a developer screwed up the whole store. Lynsey fixed the issue within 20 minutes. Excellent job.

I used this app to build up several landing pages for our UK and IT shops. Their helpdesk is the most responsive, helpful, and kind I've ever seen! They really helped me get our pages up & done in a matter of minutes.

I just have to repeat this statement by another user... couldn't put it better myself... 'Shogun is by far the leader in drag and drop page builder apps. Incredible customer service that's blazing fast responsive and always helpful!' Have been using Shogun Page Builder for a while now and they are definitely looking to the future and seem to be evolving their page builder as fast as Shopify is developing the platform. The ability to use standard functionality to create something customised to fit in with one's brand identity is great. Looking forward to what might be in the pipeline in the future...
