Sweetan was so quick to respond to my query and when there wasn't an obvious solution, found a great workaround that allowed me to do what I wanted in the first place. Great, friendly and efficient customer service, thank you!

Features could be a little more robust (specifically the product carousels not being able to propagate additional content) but support is very helpful and fast.

The customer support was very personable and helpful...I like when I can tell I'm definitely talking to a person. I think for what I was trying to accomplish with this app, it may be more complicated than what I need... but I'm excited to try it on other pages where I'd like more design elements than the standard Shopify page. So I'll definitely give it a try. Thanks for your help!

I'm writing this review for a shogun technical support employee. Lynsey Cawdle helped me when a developer screwed up the whole store. Lynsey fixed the issue within 20 minutes. Excellent job.

Have been using Shogun Page Builder for a while now and they are definitely looking to the future and seem to be evolving their page builder as fast as Shopify is developing the platform. The ability to use standard functionality to create something customised to fit in with one's brand identity is great. Looking forward to what might be in the pipeline in the future...

Honestly I don't think it would've been possible to create our website the way we want it without Shogun. The app is incredibly easy to use, you literally don't need any coding experience, and the support team is willing to directly help you accomplish anything. Can't ask for a better service.

I've used this app for over a year now and all I can say is it's awesome. It allows me to create pretty much whatever I want for my store, and if I am having trouble it's so easy to get in contact with support. I'd also like to say that Shogun support responds faster than any other support I've dealt with, usually within a day I can have all my concerns cleared up and answered. I highly recommend this app for your Shopify store.

I am not a super techie but knew I needed something different than what the templates offered. I did have an issue with a page (totally my fault) and the support team emailed me back within minutes! Shogun is the best App you can find. Fast, easy to use and you get allowed to customize your product pages, homepage and blogs.

I amusing this app to create blog pages. They look far superior to the native Shopify blog pages. I needed some help with the initial setting up and Sweetan was great in not only providing guidance but also jumping in and fixing some issues. Early days, but this looks a great solution

I've just installed the app and finished creating my first page (3148 word guide with images and CTA's). This app has saved considerable time creating new pages with responsive layouts. What used to take a good chunk of a day to create an in-depth guide with lovely design, I managed to do in about 40 minutes. I'm going to be publishing so much more content now that I have a tool that helps me build fast! The support I had was great when I reached out. Response time of about 10 minutes with a response that was actually helpful. Pagespeed score is something I'm looking into. I will contact their support again to see if we can trim some fat from JS, but happy that it uses Lazy Loading for the images and gives you control over SEO elements.
