Customer support is fast, friendly, and very helpful...I'm new to the app...but it looks great, and the level of support promises good things!

My review is specifically about the support team. I don't know the possibilities of the app well enough to give a proper review, still learning, but I can say that support is great, very fast and helpful!

We use shogun for products, pages & blogs. The live chat feature is AMAZING ! Always fast and super helpful :)

We were facing some issues with some of the pages built in within our Shogun app editor after we updated the theme. The Shogun team helped us with figuring out the exact issue within the code and solved the issues. We appreciate the efforts from the support team and the tech team for always being there for help. Thanks again!

I've been using it for a few days and I already love it, well done simple and intuitive ... but above all their customer service is fantastic, every question/help you need to usig the editor you can just chat with them, and they will help and fix what you need, very very good service!

Ich nutze die App um einfach Anpassungen und das komplette Layout des Shops an zu passen. Nach kurzer ein Arbeitung ist die App sehr einfach und Inovativ. Ich finde es auch ein leichtes hier die Anpassung für Mobile Endgeräte zu machen. Und der Support ist auch super klasse. Schnell erreichbar und immer die richtige Antwort parat.

I was seeing some issued within my Shogun app editor following a recent theme update. The Shogun team was able to pinpoint the issue within the code and solve the issues in a timely fashion. (Just in time to start working on creating a new landing page!) They were clear, courteous and quick. Thanks again!

Really versatile app, easy to create any kind of page, and specially great costumer support! I had an issue and it was solved very quickly through the chat!

Was evaluating if we can go for their headless solution but we think not really after trying with their page builder. Blocks sometimes disappear after being configured in page builder so you'd need to build again. Cannot preview page properly (still fixing). Cannot export page content and import into another identical site (need to pay them hundreds if you need this feature) meanwhile other page builder like pagefly can provide this function at no cost. Lack of block templates. Page templates are somehow generic which you need to build from scratch. If pagefly isn't that buggy we will stick with pagefly.

A big fan of Shogun. We've been using it for nearly 2 years now. Constantly new updates and improvements to the platform. Very easy to use. The support team are incredibly helpful and responsive.

I've used a number of other highly-rated Shopify page builder apps, but so far Shogun is the only one which offers the full spectrum of customisation and features that I need. Oh and the support team are excellent, responses are near instant!
