I have been using Shogun for about 3 years, it helps me create differently layout and pages freely and handy. I was updated my theme version to the OS 2, it happened some issue, but the Shogun customer service is amazing, Sweetan Mankotia is nicely, she helps me get the technical support asap, and they fixed my issue in the very short time. Highly recommended!

Shogun is great, and I've gotten really good at it. It's an awesome tool for creating accessible designs. I hope they continue to roll out new features and possibilities. One that I would like to see is to have the ability to have a text box overlay across multiple columns. Keep up the good work!

I have tested and used Shogun quite extensively for over a year. Overall I am happy with it. The App is very easy to use and provides tons of value. I have had different challenges and issues but their tech team has always been very proactive and extremely helpful, providing solutions to resolve any issues. I recommend it.

The Shogun Landing Page has limited abilities compared to other pages, but the support is very responsive, and helps provide work-arounds.

Very quick and responsive support team! Leah Boyle helped me figure out a form submission issue near instantly after I submitted the ticket.

Awesome app and allows you to do custom designs for most elements on the website! The only negative thing is that there is a pretty steep learning curve and we have had trouble with videos and margins/paddings etc. However their support is amazing and fast, thank you Sweetan for all your help!

We've used Shogun to create landing pages for individual products, collection pages as well as blogs. The support staff have been really helpful and their responses have been incredibly quick.

The support I receive from Shogun is absolutely incredible! Whenever I have any questions- large or small- they answer quickly and efficiently and help me get to the solution. I never feel belittled for not fully understanding and love that I have the support I need with having no website design knowledge! So thankful for all the time and help these guys give at Shogun!

I was literally able to build an absolutely beautiful site with zero HTML knowledge. The support, when I need it, is quick and helpful. Seriously, my site looks SO GOOD. Is Shogun perfect? No, there's definitely a learning curve too but they seem to be adding features and making things easier. I am sure I will use them for as long as my store is running.
