Really good product with UNBELIEVEABLY GREAT SUPPORT. I asked a question and within 30 minutes, I had not just an answer but a video showing me exactly how to do it on the actual page I had built. Wow.

The app is very intuitive and provides an affordable flexible solution to produce promotional landing pages without the need for an expensive UX/UI designer. Don't get me wrong...nothing will ever beat hiring a professional UX/UI designer and I still continue to work with them to this day for our more important/larger campaigns or requirements, however for our smaller or adhoc campaigns and product launches the tool is invaluable. Support is also top notch and rapid, shout out to Sweetan for fixing a HTML issue that was completely outside of their remit (it was a problem with a third party tool).

Thank you very much Sweetan, I had a problem with another account platform and he solved it for me very quickly and saved my day, hooray for his efficiency, I really appreciate it! Trust this platform very much!

James Power and the Shogun support team went above and beyond. Speedy support and a great app which gives store owners more control over the design process that the standard built-in Shopify theme editor.

Very responsive and informative if any help was needed, would highly recommend! Ontop of that, the site builder is intuitive and easy to use.

Customer support is fast, friendly, and very helpful...I'm new to the app...but it looks great, and the level of support promises good things!

My review is specifically about the support team. I don't know the possibilities of the app well enough to give a proper review, still learning, but I can say that support is great, very fast and helpful!

I've been using it for a few days and I already love it, well done simple and intuitive ... but above all their customer service is fantastic, every question/help you need to usig the editor you can just chat with them, and they will help and fix what you need, very very good service!

We were facing some issues with some of the pages built in within our Shogun app editor after we updated the theme. The Shogun team helped us with figuring out the exact issue within the code and solved the issues. We appreciate the efforts from the support team and the tech team for always being there for help. Ich nutze die App um einfach Anpassungen und das komplette Layout des Shops an zu passen. Nach kurzer ein Arbeitung ist die App sehr einfach und Inovativ. Ich finde es auch ein leichtes hier die Anpassung für Mobile Endgeräte zu machen. Und der Support ist auch super klasse. Schnell erreichbar und immer die richtige Antwort parat.

I was seeing some issued within my Shogun app editor following a recent theme update. The Shogun team was able to pinpoint the issue within the code and solve the issues in a timely fashion. We were stumped on a task and leaned on support for help. Their reply was quick and the solution was swift...just how CS should be. As we spend more time in the app, we are discovering so many cool features that are so easy to implement. And if I get stuck, I love knowing the support team will be quick & kind to help.

Was evaluating if we can go for their headless solution but we think not really after trying with their page builder. Blocks sometimes disappear after being configured in page builder so you'd need to build again. Cannot preview page properly (still fixing). Cannot export page content and import into another identical site (need to pay them hundreds if you need this feature) meanwhile other page builder like pagefly can provide this function at no cost. Lack of block templates. Page templates are somehow generic which you need to build from scratch. If pagefly isn't that buggy we will stick with pagefly.

Really versatile app, easy to create any kind of page, and specially great costumer support! I had an issue and it was solved very quickly through the chat!
