Maxwell was such a huge help! He was so thorough in answering my questions and even made a little video for me.

Technical team is amazing. Max Rand is the best. Mega quick to respond, help with fixes and patient. App itself takes a bit of getting used to but overall such a valuable tool for creating pages, landing pages, etc.

They are very patient to help me solve the problem i have met! I am very appreciated about it!!And will keep using it!

Shogan's technical support team is the best I've ever worked with. Prompt with their reply, knowledgable and patient. I feel completely comfortable reaching out to them and I know it's not going to be a multiple hour ordeal. They have solved most of my issues in 15 min! Super great!

Ho chiesto un paio di informazioni tecniche per risolvere dei problemi di allineamento nella creazione dei contenuti e mi hanno mandato delle spiegazioni chiare in un tempo velocissimo. I am upgrading my review from 1 star to 4. Since I left my review I've spoken to two Shogun experts who got in touch to show me how to achieve the looks I was after. They have been a great help. They were also magnanimous enough to accept all my feedback about how fiddly things are and how unintuitive it can be. However, they convinced me that once you know what you are doing, you can build great pages. My issue was that I was in a rush and tried to figure things out myself and this was an accident waiting to happen..! So my advice to anyone reading is: it is a great tool capable of great things but alIow yourself some time to train on the basics before you get stuck in. Don't be like me, basically..

Shogun platform and support are amazing. It is so simple to learn and use, and we are actually able to do more iterating through page layouts and designs than we thought possible. We have tried several approaches to optimizing our pages in the past, and nothing compares to the simplicity of Shogun, and the clarity of data that comes with testing. The level of service is the best of any plugin we have experienced. Support response is very fast and friendly, and the responses we receive are thorough and help us accomplish our goals.

This is such a great app to have if you are looking to customize your website and don't have any HTML skills. We've used Shogun on every page of our website for the past few years, and have had such a great response. It allows you to truly optimize your product and landing pages. Plus the customer support is always quick to respond when I have issues/questions!

Using Shogun has enabled us to change our website pages quickly & fairly easily. It helps to have some knowledge of web graphics, but if you have a problem, Shogun's support team are amazing!

So far so good. Actually loving it. Fantastic customer service. I hope that remains. We will see. But perfect score so far. ooops... there is no way to create Pop-Ups (lightboxes) for our videos. Unfortunately, this will not work for us. Had to bring it down one star

Before online 2.0, shopify was very limited in creating pages and shogun has been great in creating pages for our store from product pages to other pages to reflect our offerings. Support has always been responsive and helpful. Just recently we are transitioning to our pages on online 2.0 and once again support was helpful in the process of reverting some of the pages.

Good features that keep improving, and excellent and efficient support team! I highly recommend this platform for e-commerce sites

the support is top-notch! Anytime I have a question they are readily available and are very knowledgeable!

This app is really easy user managable and easy to use.It helps me to make the customization in a very easy way.

The app gets a little buggy at times, but the team to help is amazing and area always fast to help me with any issues that happen.

Overall it's great for what it does. What's not so great is relying on them when shit hits the fan. Something happened with their backend that kept us from updating our pages. Took them around a month to figure out what was wrong and fix it. Provided zero compensation for the issue even though I'm paying $$ each month. Hard to say how reliable they will be in the long run.
