This is my 2nd store built on Shogun. There's some limitations that no-code builders have generally while working with Shopify - but this is a top pick! Support is always excellent. I've had 10+ interactions, all positive.

Ich habe ein großes Problem mit meiner Seite gehabt und diese tauchen ab und an wieder auf (header & footer erscheinen in Speicherung, obwohl ausgeklickt). Der Support hat sich umgehend mit der Angelegenheit ausführlich befasst und das Problem in kurzer Zeit gelöst. Leider aber ist das Problem nicht permanent behoben, so dass ich bei neuen Seiten, die ich einrichte, jedes Mal den Support kontaktieren muss, um das Problem zu beheben. Deswegen ein Stern Abzug. Der Support ist TOP!!!

The support team always helps us a lot. Their response is prompt and very helpful even we are a Japan-based company, never felt time difficulties ;)

I love the app and the customer service is so good! Very helpful :-) I am based in Hong Kong and Australia, there is always CS people to help anytime I need in different time zone.

Barely had any issues with it and I've been using it for years. Love the app, highly recommend. Makes it so easy to create and edit pages to your liking.

The Shogun team is awesome! The App is easy to use and really gives you the ability to customize your landing pages. With the rapidly changing ecommerce landscape, occasionally compatibility issues can arise but it's nice to know that Shogun support is on it. They respond quickly and took care of my little bug caused by our theme. I'd recommend Shogun to anyway using Shopify.

I used shogun to develop landing pages for our site. As a novice, the customer service has been incredible and I would suggest to anyone!

The app is very easy to use, once you get to know it's a pleasure to design your different pages! And if there's something you can't figure out, customer support is always very quick to help you out!

Monique was super quick, clear and helpful. Waited for me to impart the tips she gave and everything worked the way she said and showed me it would. The video example was a nice touch too.

This app does what it says and does it really well. The support staff is really helpful as well. I recently had a problem that turned out being a conflict from my theme's css and not shogun, Lynsey from support immediately found the problem, dropped in a fix, and explained what she did. Would highly recommend for getting around the limitations of your theme.

I've used this app for about 5 years, and I've gone from my original 5-star review, to a 3-star review, to a 1-star review. The quality has deteriorated for this app as they've added features, creating new glitches, without improving the fundamental core features that you actually need in an app like this. The support is fast and friendly, but this company needs to just focus on the fundamentals and make a better user experience while actually using the page builder.

英語のアプリになりますが、英語がわからなくても感覚的に使用することが出来ました。テンプレートをパーツごとに保存できて使いやすいです。HTMLを入れ込むことも出来るので、複雑な作りのページにすることも出来ます。

Tried this app / did not love it. Particularly, larger font sizes were hard to make look symmetrical on mobile devices (was messy in that regard). Making different versions of a page for different screen sizes (as their tech support suggested) seems like an unnecessary effort. By comparison, Hypervisual is now working better for us... displays nicely on all screen sizes — and overall it's simpler to work with.
