Janani was an excellent guide to all things "ShipX - Shipping Rates & Rules". She was very patient with my questions and clear about the functionality of the app and how to configure rates and carriers based on the Vendor. The best service and support I have ever experienced on any platform. EVER. Hands-down. Thanks to Siva. Siva was excellent, very knowledgeable, very patient and thorough, and great at communicating. He educated me on the new AI-based packing algorithm and helped me setup some tricky packaging scenarios. The new AI-based packing algorithm is a game-changer - it calculates your customer-facing shipping rates very accurately without having to create endless scenarios. I haven't seen anything else like it and I've tested a LOT of shipping calculators recently. I can't recommend them highly enough. Ten starts out of five! WOW! This Shopify App is AMAZING! Nithish spent 2 hours helping us setup the shipping rates. If you have a complex shipping need then I throughly recommend this app! We are based in the UK and our couriers divide the country up into 8 zones and we have products that range from a Certificate to several tonne machine so the shipping rates have to be correct. Shipeasy is a great app that perfectly addressed the needs we had with our shipping rates, as we have multiple rules based on products and needed a solution to account for combination carts with multiple products with different rules.
