What a fantastic app! Heaps of smart shipping rules that allows you to customize way beyond any other shipping App we have seen. Durkesh, Vindujah & Janani even called us via Zoom to help us with the initial setup and then also did some further tweaks for us. Highly recommended! I use ShipX app for my drop-shipping Shopify website My Secure Garden. I needed an intelligent shipping rules and rates app which allows me to charge different shipping rates for different products, as well as delivery supplements for heavy and bulky items, and surcharges for specific products being shipped to certain postcodes. ShipX app is a brilliant app for creating tailored shipping rules and rates. Setting up all the shipping rules I needed was complicated but Nitish was available to help me throughout the set up process, and spent several sessions very patiently helping me to set up all the different rates and rules that I require. Nitish's support during the set up process has been excellent and he has provided me with first class service throughout the set up process - always polite and very knowledgeable and fast to understand my requirements. We are very pleased with the powerful shipping algorithms (scenarios) that can be combined to handle all the shipping calculation situations for our various products. We did encounter a few challenges with mixing products across scenarios that we couldn't figure out, so we reached out to their tech support. They offer a complementary Zoom meeting with their tech support with many times available same day or any day in the week. We were luckily connected with Jennifer who took the time to fully understand our complex scenarios. While she couldn't immediately come up with a solution, she worked with her team for 36 hours and after their testing, she came back for a second Zoom meeting to show how to setup the scenarios to meet our needs. These solutions worked perfectly. She is definitely a great asset to the team. While we have only been live with the website for two days, we are very pleased with how ShipX is calculating our custom ship rates.
