Shipping Rates allow for custom rules that were really useful in our custom shipping rates for specific orders - Janani, Raj, and Sowmi were a great help in helping me get these set up. One thing that was lacking was a visual editor or visual display to show all the different shipping logics that we have installed. It would be a great feature to add!

I experienced the best customer service and tech support from Raj... He was very patience and really helped me fix a problem with setup. We were losing money hand over fist and even after chat disconnected a few times and everything he was amazing! 10 out of 10!!!

I had a difficult time setting up my shipping rates because our store has product of quite a complex nature when it comes to shipping, I reached out to their support and Jennifer from customer support was very patient and helpful throughout all my questions, she took the time and effort to fully understand my needs and made sure all met met. This is the ONLY app that allowed me to create free shipping to customers who bought a 1 year free delivery subscription. In the world of amazon prime, this is so critical for so many of us who need to be able to compete on shipping. Also, customer service is GREAT. Super easy to book time and the developer will kindly walk you through how to make the magic happen! So happy this exists for all of us! And update two years later: I continue to be impressed by this app! Not only can we do free shipping when customers purchase a membership, but we are also now offering free shipping by address and this app allows us to do that. Thank you Shipeasy for two years of awesomeness

I use this to set up my international shipping methods and fees. It's a well built tool to configure many complex scenarios that come with duties and taxes calculation per region level. The team, especially Sowmiya has helped us configure our store and understood our rather complex requirements with ease. She's been a great support throughout the process. Generally, the team is always ready to jump on a call and help and I find it commendable!
