I love that this app has LIVE help! Paul helped me configure the conditions for an option I havel . I offer engraving as a paid option and wanted a drop down after someone clicked "yes". Couldnt figure it out for the life of me. After talking to Paul, it was done in 30 seconds. This app has worked out great for my new store . I migrated from WooCommerce on Wordpress

I've lost hundreds of dollars over the last couple weeks because the price of add-ons wasn't included in the shopping cart... customers basically got free products. I wouldn't recommend getting this if you want consistency. The customer service was also lackluster. Not super helpful and sometimes condescending.

This app works extremely well for us. The products we sell are not off the shelf products. They are highly configurable medical products built to our customers specifications.The premium version of Product Options is extremely useful in that it allows us to create rules and logic to the options available to our customers. The Bold Product support team is one of the best I have ever dealt with. They are helpful, knowledgeable, patient, understanding, customer oriented and go out of their way to make sure their customers are satisfied. I highly recommend this product. App resets often when trying to add selection options. After saving, options come out of order miscellaneously. Items can't save with a "duplicate" error message even when there is no duplicate. No bulk options import option.

This app has everything I need. It took me a bit to set up because I've made a lot of little changes to my site to get it just the way I like it. This has interfered with a lot of the default functionality of this app. When I contacted BOLD support, Cole responded surprisingly fast and got it working right away. After testing for a few more days, I noticed another interference from my theme and, again, Cole was quick to help get everything working just the way I wanted it. I'll gladly pay for this app for their support alone. Incredible customer service and amazing app!

UPDATED: After leaving my review, I read a few written by less than satisfied customers. Some people are leaving 1-star ratings because they said the prices were not displaying correctly, etc. I don't know the exact cause of their particular errors, but I can tell you this is not a cause to give up. You have to realize that you are adding a third-party code to an already existing and functioning system. Depending on your theme, or the changes you've made to it, or the third-party apps you previously used, things may not always look quite right. And there may be clashes with code from other apps (in my case, I had a clash with an app that I had previously removed!). The point is, Bold support technicians are there to resolve all these issues and make tweaks in your code. Whether it was to change the order in which the options were displayed, or correct the errors with the displaying of the prices, they were always there and helped me get my shop exactly to where I want it to be. ORIGINAL REVIEW The customer support I received with Bold has been outstanding. I am not familiar with coding at all and was relying on the easy user interface to create product optimization options for my shop with Product Options by Bold. II had a lot of questions along the way -- each one was answered in a very prompt manner by the support staff. You can email them or request a phone call. I have done both, and both channels of communication worked great. This initial communication helped me get up and running. Further along, I noticed a few glitches in the way my prices were displaying. This was no fault of Bold -- rather a conflict in code segments between their app and an app I previously used (and uninstalled). The problem was not a typical one and had many scratching their heads. Bold support staff researched the problem for days and tweaked the code until they got it completely fixed and resolved. Many thanks to Cody and Lawrence and their teams. I feel completely safe knowing I won't be left hanging by the app developer. I have purchased another Bold app since, and highly recommend this company.

I'm in the process of getting my Shopify web site launched and I chose Bold Commerce's Product Options because of it's conditional logic. Our online form ordering process is complex and I reached out to Bold's Support Team to help me with the logic. Both Alexa and MC were terrific -- they patiently guided me through the process and did some hands-on work to make my forms function properly. Thanks Alexa and MC!

I love using Bold for my Shopify page. They helped us with adding more options and were so great with my (many!) requests for help. Julian and Jordan were super helpful! Not only did they configure my dropdown menus for me, but they explained the process to me via screenshots. I have had a few tweaks I needed help with and they were really quick and efficient (even during the holidays). I highly recommend Bold and their team. Great customer service. I'm a fan!

I have used Product Options for 2 years now (version 1.0 and 2.0). I've installed it by myself as well as had customer support do an install on a more complex theme. All I can say is wow. This app is amazing! I was hesitant at first as the app was out of my budget but I am so glad i decided to give it a go. The team are super helpful with my silly questions and their response time was great. Get this app! It will bring value to your business.

Great app just what i needed for large set of products instead having to do them individually. At first i wasn't able to get them to show due to my page being from a customs builder but Shubneet was brilliant in helping me get it just right no matter how many little requestes i had she got it done! Great app and great support!

Installed Product Options and very happy with the app. Easy to use plus they give you a 30 day free trial to test the app out and see if its a right fit for your store. I got a little stuck installing the app but luckily Paul was right there to help me out and get me through it !
