This App is great for offering package options to products on your eshop. I had some trouble installing because I use a custom shop theme, but Warren and the rest of the Support team at BOLD got this app up and running in no time. And within a week of Black Friday no less! A+++

A great app We have it in our shop perroabordo.com and it works perfectly. In addition, the support for the app is perfect. We had a problem installing a new theme and they fixed it very quickly.

Support is slow and has a problem understanding your needs sometimes. But the program is good out of the box.

The app is the best app out there for options. The swatches are a great addition and make the options look professional.

Want to like this app, but for the money, there is simply no way. For this kind of money, images and pricing should be dynamic and change as users changes them - at the very least. Very glitchy, doesn't save settings as expected. Waste of money! And, no full uninstall... Horrible! At least give the option to remove ALL of your code snippets and liquid files.

Oh My Gosh! I love, love, love the Product Options App. It has made my ecommerce site, www.thepenguinrev.net come to life. My whole business revolves around using customer's own digital images on my products so having the option to upload whatever images they desire is an absolute necessity. And adding Product Options to my site was soooo easy. I was kinda concerned because I have a LOT of products that I offer and just the thought of having to modify each of those individually was causing me stress. Thankfully, your staff was sooooo helpful in getting me up and running...in one afternoon. It took a couple more days to tweak it, but now it's perfection and I can't imagine my Shopify store without the Product Options App. Thanks a whole bunch and a lot. Honestly, I don't remember who initially assisted me in getting my shop up and running with Product Options but whoever it was Stayed On The Line with me for several hours making sure I understood How to make things work and Why they are supposed to work. They assisted me over the next couple of days to figure out why I had products that weren't working, helped me modify the Shopify Liquid Template so everything looked Just the way I wanted it to. I bow to your awesome expertise.

We are very disappointed with support. They cannot solve the problems with missed options and order printer. Right now all options are mixed up when we have two items purchased. Stay away! This costs us hundreds of dollars a week. We have been promised for months that the problem will be solve but it has not. Shopify has said that this order printer issue is a Bold Commerce problem and they cannot and will not help.

Bold was very quick to answer all of our questions and help us set up the app to work best for our site. The app has everything we need for our custom products and it is very easy to use. We cannot thank you enough!!

I run my business with my dad, he fills most of our orders which has now grown to 30-40 a day. We sell hockey sticks, a product with a lot of different variations. Product options is the only way for us to carry the number of variants that we currently offer and saves a phone call/email to our customer when a question is needed. Which means not only does this free up my dad's time, but the customer gets his/her product quicker! Which we all know is very important.

A life-saver of an app - makes everything so easy to set up, expands your options and saves a LOT of time. The customer service and tech support I received has been awesome so far - it's only been a day, and my shop is almost finished with 46+ colours and 10+ fabric options.
