Great support, great app! Pretty simple to set up, and they were very helpful in integrating it into our theme.

So many bugs, so many order errors - we've just had an absolute nightmare fulfilling our Christmas orders because of Bold Product Options. Spend thousands of dollars in development fees trying to streamline and customise the app to make it work effectively, as we'd already launched and committed. Frustrated customers missing out on orders because of missed variants. Very, very disappointed.

Good app with the flexibility needed and all-important inventory control when offering a SINGLE product with multiple variations (not different inventory for each variation like Shopify default offers). The dev team has been super helpful and responsive in working out a few glitches. I recommend having them look things over even if you don't have a problem in case they see something you missed. Looking forward to getting the most out of this app moving forward!

I have two shops and Product Options is key in both of them. In one shop we sell books on subscription - as part of each subscription we send a birthday card to each club member. Collecting the birthday data before was a nightmare - often involving contacting customers one by one to get the info. This was further complicated when people wanted to order multiple gift subscriptions, so we'd get a big chunk of information we'd have to sift out of an email or the notes field in the shopping cart. Now we collect only the info we want. HUGE timesaver for us. Our other shop sells letterpress cards. One of our products are cards we send to recipients anonymously. Without Product Options, people would have to check out multiple times for each separate shipping address. With Product Options we can collect the shipping address linked to each Anonygram so there's only one checkout. Another lifesaver. And finally, we also offer pick-and-choose card sets, where you can select any six card designs for a discounted price by just clicking off checkboxes. We wouldn't be able to offer this product without Product Options, and it's one our customers seem to enjoy. All of that aside, their support is great - responsive and clear. One night I went to bed after accidentally screwing something up and when I woke up they had fixed it. The best. Thanks BoldApps!!! ***** Just wanted to add that a couple years later now I've had to contact support again. They simply are the best - responsive and clear and always ready to help. Ten stars, if I could! Shoutout to MC who was super helpful, quick, and pleasant. Customer service at its best!

I don't know why I ever hired a "Shopify Expert"... I just used this app and it is so user friends, but more importantly, the customer service is beyond any expectation and so swift. I highly recommend using this product and all things associated with the developers.

UPDATE____ For one more time i send an email and they dont reach back to me. I have issues and i cant work with them if they dont have good support. I think it's a good app. I had tried a couple of other Options apps but this is the only one that has the flexibility that I need. The only issue is the support i think, because i send them an email to install for me and they did not reach back to me directly, as other apps do.

The app works really well for us out of the box, and Cam and Wally from the support team have been immensely helpful and quick to respond when we've needed something more bespoke.

After a year and a half of trying to work with big companies with bigger promises, we gave Shopify a shot. Thanks to the helpful Product Options app, we were able to include some very complex variants on our eStore for our customizable projects. I wasn't alone in making this happen either. I worked with a highly attentive team leader and a couple very talented developers to manipulate the Product Options code to make it do what I needed it to do. If this app doesn't do what you need it to do out of the box, just talk to the Bold team. They'll take great care of you!

This is a great app! It is really robust for supporting tons of option types, and looks really slick. Much better than other similar apps I've tested. MC was super helpful with some design edits to make the buttons match the rest of the buttons in my shop. Really quick response time and great support team! :)

Became the best app for us! Would love to see hover enlarge for the swatches. UPDATE: Had a full functionality as a tester but after removed it and Now I can not even edit some of the options. Not nice at all.

Great app and great Support Team! Product Options gave us the capacity to design unlimited product variants with unique styling features. The swatches were outstanding. Could add different prices to product variants. Their Support Team is exceptional. They stick with you until you're satisfied. A special kudos to Wally of the Support Team. Highly recommend this app for Store Owners seeking more flexibility with product variants.

Excellent app to add options to products - very easy to use - you can add/modify options in minutes - supports all necessary widgets to select options and gather information about product configuration. It took us a while to tailor it to our needs because it requires a bit of programming to be customized - that was not a problem though since Bold has absolutely outstanding product support. I want to specifically mention Shubhneet, MC, Julian, Henrique, and Alexa for being very competent, helpful, prompt, and especially very patient with all our requests for customization. It is a real pleasure working with them.

BOLD the app and the entire team rule. I love working with them. They have every solution and are always on their game. Killer products and company. Thank you!

If you are looking to add options to products and Shopify's native variant functionality isn't enough for your needs, look no further. This app is perfect for giving customers the ability to add options and/or customize products. And Bold's tech support is exceptionally good! I had technical problem and Lawrence traced the issue to my theme. I've gotten used to developers throwing up their hands when another developer's code causes an issue. But Lawrence didn't. He took it upon himself to correspond directly with the theme developer and fix the issue. The world would be a better place with more tech support people with Lawrence's character. Thank you Lawrence! This app is an easy one to recommend.

Amazing app! Customer support was top-notch. Our theme required a lot of customization for 'Product Options' to successfully work. It was executed by Tyson in a very professional way. Very happy with the app. Highly recommend.

I had installed the Product Options app on a site a couple years ago and I hesitated to install it again as I remembered that there were several edits required to the liquid code. I thought I'd try it anyway - to my SURPRISE and DELIGHT I installed the latest version with one click - it's now automated! Amazing!! Using the Options app was very straightforward. I had one annoying issue with the Cart, and decided to reach out to see if the folks at Bold could save me some time trying to troubleshoot. Julian was quick to respond and quickly solved my issue. He went above and beyond when I mentioned an additional problem that may or may not have been related to the Bold integration. He was very professional and easy to correspond with, and I am very pleased with how the app is working. I feel confident moving forward as I know they have a solid team behind their app(s) should I ever need help!

I am new to Shopify and needed the customization options for our products and after being with Bold' s Product Options App, I know we will work together for a long time!
