I tried this because I love Product Discounts and I figured that Product Options would be well integrated. It was not. Here Are the Issues I had with the plugin while it was live: 1. It did not update the cart total in the normal way so the Free shipping countdown by Free Shipping Bar did not show a proper tally. 2. It gave away a free Item on its first transaction. It did not charge the option fee to the customer so I had to eat the cost. 3. The solution support gave me to this was an unacceptable workaround, they wanted me to disable my PayPal express button. 4. If you run a storewide sale with product discount your product options will take 24 hours to update to the sale price, and then presumably take another 24 to revert to their normal price after the sale ends. This is unacceptable. It might be a great plugin for your use, but for my use it was not acceptable.

Loving this app! My items are personalised and involve a lot of options, my old drop down boxes were convoluted and confusing and I still needed to chase up customers to find out all the needed info. But with this app all of the options are right there in the listing and easy for customers to see (& mandatory to answer)! I did have a few issues with getting my theme to play nicely with the app, but MC & Danni from the support team took care of these quickly and got it all working perfectly for me (thank you!). I've already had lots of positive feedback from customers and can see this app saving me lots of time and increasing sales and average order values.

Thank you to Cole one more time for his support and help, i was in a critical situation and since 2 weeks, i was in communication with him evreyday, it was very helpful and professional.

Incredible service. Some reviews say the service is awful and I was anticipating bad service based on those reviews, but I would 100 percent say that this company was incredibly helpful in delivering a great customer service experience.

This is a great app to expand the product options that you offer and allow for significantly more customer customization. Because of my theme the app wasn't able to self install. Bold took care of the installation (for free) in a few days though. Lawrence was great. A HUGE thank you to MC at Bold! In addition to the installation, MC worked with me (and worked with me, and worked with me) to get the option styling to match. I am very excited to see what the app does for my business!

The service I received from Bold was the best I have received from anyone I've worked with since replatforming to Shopify. Cole was amazing, super responsive, helpful, answered all of my questions and did everything quickly and accurrately. Beyond impressed - the app is amazing and will allow us to do so much more with our product. Thanks Cole! Great experience.

Good application, and support is great! Found a simpler solution, that did exactly what i needed. So i no longer needed this, but can work for a variety of applications

Worst product option app out there, it works very badly and it slows down your site quite a lot. Do not recommend

This is a great app and does exactly what is needed for my shop to run efficiently. I have a lot of options with photo uploads and I am not seeing a slowdown of my site. Pricing is working fine, very customizable and the customer service is top notch. They worked with me on installing it in a complicated theme, and it could not be better.

Just took a little while to get used to the app. Once you get hang of it. Great app will recommend to a friend. Thank the team.

I love that this app has LIVE help! Paul helped me configure the conditions for an option I havel . I offer engraving as a paid option and wanted a drop down after someone clicked "yes". Couldnt figure it out for the life of me. After talking to Paul, it was done in 30 seconds. This app has worked out great for my new store . I migrated from WooCommerce on Wordpress

I've lost hundreds of dollars over the last couple weeks because the price of add-ons wasn't included in the shopping cart... customers basically got free products. I wouldn't recommend getting this if you want consistency. The customer service was also lackluster. Not super helpful and sometimes condescending.

We have used the Product Options app for our store since we moved our website to Shopify 9 months ago. We are an awards and personalization store, so the need for unlimited options is crucial. Product Options has allowed us to continue to offer just what our customers need. When we were having trouble implementing the swatches function in a way that would work for us, Cole jumped in and helped us customize the app for our needs. This app works extremely well for us. The products we sell are not off the shelf products. They are highly configurable medical products built to our customers specifications.The premium version of Product Options is extremely useful in that it allows us to create rules and logic to the options available to our customers. The Bold Product support team is one of the best I have ever dealt with.
