What a great app. Makes listing our performance parts much easier. So many different options and additional pricing options we offer. Guri was a great help with a few questions we had.

This is a great app! So many helpful and powerful features. We had a complicated set up we wanted to try and Alexa from Bold support was so amazing! She helped me with all kinds of weird questions about coding this correctly and got us down the right path for our customizations. Also, Bold, the new automatic install is such a huge help with getting this app up and running quickly. Thanks, Alexa and the Bold support team.

Am really liking the app and have only had 1 issue. I contacted Bold Support and they had it fixed within a day. No issues here! Kudos to Nicholas for being so awesome and taking care of my problem quickly!

Nicholas provided me quick assistance, and the new solution ultimately replaced something that was previously much more convoluted. Great support from this company.

The app is great! support chat service is most of the time short-spoken. That's why I'm giving away 4 stars. There are exceptions to that like Stephen and Pratibha!

Great app with tons of features, and they're online chat help is amazing. Shoutout to Parminder who went above and beyond helping me adjust the code for not only my product options, but a few other small problems I was having!

First off, the product itself works amazingly well! It really allows me to run my site the way that works the best for our customers, which is always a good thing...but this review is about the support provided by Tim and Zach L when I screwed up the liquid code on my site after I switched the theme over.....Man, those guys killed it and worked sooooo hard and were incredibly responsive and knowledgeable about the problem (that I created), and were realistic about the possibility that there might not be a whole lot that they can do to fix my cart problems, but again, they worked all day and got everything up and running perfectly and I couldn't be more grateful to the entire Bold team!!! Great Product, but the Customer Service is the really story here. They were second to none!!! Thanks guys!!

This app is exactly what I so desperately needed! Their support rocks! Parminder helped me for free with my liquid code to complete the installation :)

Update: I have to say the app developer really came through and helped me solve my issues. It was confusing to start and when I didn't hear from the developer about some problems I was having, I wrote a poor review. But they responded immediately to that and walked me through the set up and even made some customized adjustments to get it functioning the way I wanted. So now I can say I definitely recommend the app. Once it's running it functions great and has a lot of options. And support is there to help if you have any problems.

Have been working with Product Options by Bold for approx two weeks now, the app is powerful, but needs a little further development which would make product option creation more efficient. Overall, I rate the product at 3.5 Stars. Alexa from Customer Service has been extremely helpful, and I can't say enough about the speed, and completeness of her assistance. Great app! I would give it 5 stars except a little bit frustrating to set up. On one of my first chats, I was told what I wanted to do wasn’t possible. Thankfully, I had an email from them stating otherwise so I got the help I needed from that source. It took several emails to resolve but that was most likely because I’m slightly “technically challenged”. All’s well that end well. 3 cheers for Nick and the BOLD support team!

Can't imagine life without this app!! We use product options on both of our e-commerce sites, and have for almost five years. We have a TON of variants within our handmade products, and it is not possible to have it all via shopify. Product options saves us time and makes things easy for our customers! Great support as well!

We have been using BOLD apps for two years now... and apparently BOLD has gotten so big they don't care if their apps work or not anymore. The service i've received trying to find out why this app no longer allows conditional logic is downright worthless. They are first tried to tell me that we contracted someone to change the HTML in the app and that it was not their fault... What!! only they have been the ones making any edits to the HTML of this app, we have not worked nor had anyone else working in the code. When I explained and showed them again what was not working, they actually send me screenshots of it working on another page - yes that's because I had started using W3 Options app (which I have now completely changed us to for options). they didn't even know their own app and when I sent them back that their example of "working" was not their app running... I've heard nothing back. Unfortunate as it started off good two years ago, but I'm now removing it completely going with the W3 Options app.

Using this app for a while and in my opinion it is a best app in the market. Very easy to create an options, variations and so on. When you need a help - customer service works very well. Had a minor problems but they fixed quickly. Last time tried to contact via chat and had a great conversation with Gury who helped me. Here is no doubts - easy 5 stars.

This is a must have app if you make or sell items that are custom made or personalized. It really helps make the buying process simple while gathering the information that is needed to complete the order. The support team is friendly and Helpful. I needed a few changes made with the app on our store and Parminder and his associates got the changes made quickly and correctly. You are all amazing! Thanks for all your help!

This app is amazing and so is the customer support team of MC and Jordan. I had an issue and opened a ticket at 9pm. I already got a respond early the next morning and they have the problem fixed within 2 hours.

Just installed this today and had some questions about functionality and theme integration. Parminder was quick and knowledgeable and had us running just like we wanted in now time. Great support. Thanks! Update, I had a few more questions and David helped out quickly and efficiently. I am impressed with Bold's support!
