Second store using Product Options. Easily handle some difficult tasks when you need more than the standard software provides. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and tech support. In my opinion Bold Commerce is as good as it gets.

Every works like advertised. Very easy to use once installed. I did have some problems with some of the options but MC helped me fix them very quickly even though it was a holiday in the U.S. Thank you!

We have been using Product Options for several years and on two different themes (same website). I've had to contact support multiple times regarding small glitches in code between our themes and Product Options. I feel that they have always responded in a timely manner. Sometimes the person responding to the chat can answer my question but if they can't, they generate a support ticket and get the ball rolling for a quick fix. We have each "next option" populate based on the previous response which is completely do-able with this app. It is time consuming and there was a learning curve at first to set it up but totally worth it, in our opinion. It has resulted in less overwhelmed customers and it makes our website appear more custom.

Great app! I would highly recommend this app if you have multiple options/variants.

Second update: This is by far the best app support out of any app we've come across or used on Shopify. Recently Shubhneet helped me work through something through multiple emails and a phone call - she was very on top of things and exceptionally quick. First update: Nick has been incredibly helpful as we've worked through the app. Everything from guiding us on how to set up what we want to doing some coding to help achieve the look we want. All around awesome support. So far, so good! Just installed the app and Parminder has been great helping navigate through questions quickly - love the live chat feature!

Unable to duplicate the entire option sets for each product. You will always need to copy each option one by one from another product if you are building a catalog of similar products with slight changes. Huge waste of time.

Ok so, I have been driving myself crazy trying to figure out how to offer packs on my site but only allowing specific options. I spoke to Brenden from Bold and he helped me solve my problem super fast. By far the best support I have had with apps! Thanks Bold

Loving this app so far. The options are really great and the support is amazing! I wish I knew about it much sooner. I would have created my whole store with this app instead of integrating with shopify variants. Still working great though.

Once again the support crew at Bold got our installation into our new theme taken care of quickly. A product is only as good as it's support team, and this is an area where they shine. Nice work.

I was having trouble with the options showing up live initially and chat support was very quick to help me out. They created a ticket for me and someone email followed up within 20 minutes with a resolution! Super speedy!

Had some issues with the install. Cody - Online help, was awesome got it all straightened out and back on track. The customer support is top notch!!!

Great app! With many different price points on a "build your own" product, it took a bit of manipulation to get the conditions correct, but with Nicholas' help, (and a huge help he was!!) it is up and running perfectly! Thanks again Nicholas!

Bold went above and beyond over and over - our theme is little complicated and has snazzy ajax based features requiring a bit more work than the basic install. Lawrence helped install the app into our theme and as little bugs came up, he addressed them incredibly quickly. We spent some time trying to use free product option apps, and honestly regret wasting the time. Bold Options is THE extra options app to use on shopify, especially considering their incredible customer service and expert dev team. Thank you so much Bold, thank you Lawrence.

Simple to use, yet essential to any Shopify store that desires an additional level of customization. The support team with Bold is also quick to respond, and extremely helpful whenever you run into a snag that you cannot seem to get beyond.

Amazing! First of all let me state that we would not be able run our website without the Bold Product Options app. A way to offer custom options on our products is 100% necessary. Secondly, the technical support is A+ if and when issues do seldom occur the response time is extremely fast. I have worked with Lawerence and he is superb. Very attentive and prompt to resolve any issue that we experience. Lastly, the app is great app with lots of design options so it actually looks professional and you can customize it to match your theme. We have the premium version and it is worth every dollar to have the swatch options and conditional logic etc. They are constantly improving the app and design features. Worst App in The Universe It just cannot work properly, it isn't appear in the translated pages, it fails to add the price on the cart total, the support is awful after 4 weeks with that problem and they cannot answer properly

Fantastic service. The app works and when there a technical question I have or something that might not work instantly, the team are quick to resolve this through the support tickets and are open and honest about the time it take to finish a task. When I need more apps for my site, Bold will be the first place I check!
