This app is absolutely amazing. If I could give this a 10-star review, I would. It works exactly as described, and the Bold support team is fantastic. They were more than happy to help me with adding code to a third-party theme to support this app, and also with styling it to match my theme. If you're reading this review, and are on the fence as to whether you get the app or not -- then trust me when I say that this is the best app of its kind on the Shopify App Store. With a 30-day free trial, you have nothing to lose by adding this app and seeing if it will work for your business. Bold apps - in general - are great, but this might be their best app yet! We´re running a relatively advanced web shop, and this app is one of the most fundamental and important apps we have. We had a few issues at first, but the support has always fixed our problems very quickly. It´s been almost a year since we installed this app, and we can strongly recommend this one!

Lawrence at Bold is amazing. We had some issues with getting the Product Options setup accurately with our theme and the support team was the greatest customer service I have had in 12 years of web development on any platform I've worked on. A++ Highly recommended. Will be using bold in the future with more clients.

Super powerful app. Can't imagine doing what we do without it. Awesome team as well. I think our theme was a more difficult then normal install and we also wanted to do some odd things, and the Bold Team was there to help every step of the way. They really went above and beyond!

Does exactly what is says it will do. Relatively easy to use, but their support is great if you have any questions or get stuck. Highly recommend! I use the premium version and it has been great!!

Very pleased with Product Options by Bold. There are a few improvements that they will need to make for me to give them a 5, but the customer service has been very very good and has helped me give options to my customers that would be difficult with the Shopify platform alone. I believe within a year Product Options by Bold will have all of the options I need to be 100% happy. Hoping price does not increase as that may affect my opinion as well. But VERY pleased as of now! PS MC was extraordinarily helpful and responsive. Easy to talk to and work with!

We have been using product options and product up sell for 6 months or so and the app is super easy to navigate and use. You won't need to google how to use it or email support if you have any level of common sense. When you do need support for any install queries or anything like that they are very quick to reply.
