Fantastic customer service. Had a very slight bug on ios products but Lawrence, Cole and Alexa spent 2 weeks working on it to resolve the issue which seemed to be largely due to another app anyway. I'm sold on bold. Worth the monthly cost for sure.

By far the best Product Options app available on Shopify! Customer service is second to none and the team was very patient with all of our requests for customizing the app to fit our store. The feedback from our customers has been amazing and we are extremely happy with all of the changes that we, at first, didn't think was possible with Shopify!

The support team from Bold is really helpful! Special thanks to Shubhneet for the prompt replies and she's really patient in explaining how to go about to resolve my issues with product options! Overall, the app is easy to navigate and the support team is efficient and friendly! :)

Love the Product Options App by Bold. After starting the trial they were quick to set up the App for us to use and it was super intuitive to use once I had to get in and customise what I was after. Along the way Bold support staff are always there to guide you, to help solve problems and they do this with the greatest customer service. The team is super professional. They operate like a tag team with your requests to keep them moving along so there's always someone working on it and communicating back and forth with their progress. In terms of the App, I love it. I was able to present options for our custom patina shoes that are super visual. Customers will have a much better user experience now thanks to the many options we were able to put at their disposal (all very visual too). The end result is sharp and clean looking, very professional. You can check out one of our Product pages that uses the Product Options App at the link below. You'll notice how visual the swatches are. The Bold team can make them magnify on hover over too. I use Bold apps for my e-commerce clients and am very happy with how they work. The customer service is great and they've given me lots of assistance.

This is a must have App if you want options on your products. And if you are stuck on Installation I recommend that you look for no one Except LAWRENCE He is the best ! He sorted our our installation in few hours and our store was back up again ! Not that you need manual installation but our theme was froma third party and very complicated ! Again Thank you Guys and speacial thanks to lawrence the best ever !!!

Great plugin and tremendous support! Lawrence and MC went the extra mile to help us get setup with our branding.

I chose this app because it gives me more product options such as text input for personalization and I tried a free one and the formatting sucked on the product descriptions. Before this, I had been asking the customer to write their personalization in order notes at checkout - which I thought looked really amateur. I'm upgrading to the higher price/month because that will also allow me to add gift wrap service for customers (with an added fee) and then I can get rid of an other app I'm paying $20/month for just to add gift wrapping service with no other options. Haven't upgraded yet so I can't comment on those features. But I like the $10/month stuff so I'm sure it will be good. I had a little trouble when I first installed it and I put in a support ticket and got help right away from MC. Actually I've put 2 help tickets in so far and Bold gets back to me super quick (within hours) and helps me with anything I ask. They'll actually go behind the scenes and fix stuff for me. Which is awesome because I don't do coding. Great customer service - willing to pay their monthly fee to have my site look more professional and to get almost instant help and fixing of any issues. Great support. We had some issues on our end during the setup but Lawrence was amazing to work with and exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend this product and the team behind it.

Splendid app. I will be recommending it to all my friends with Shopify. Now if only I could time travel and get back all those hours I spent last month trying to do with Shopify Variants what this Product Options app did for my shop in under an hour. Thank you! UPDATE: August 2014 STILL one of my favorite apps for Shopify. (And the other app I find indispensable - Product Upsell - is also by BoldApps.) I received terrific customer support when I switched themes. I had troubling coding the re-install. I made one mistake that messed up my install, and BoldApps support found it for me. This app is awesome. UPDATE 2018 It keeps getting better! I switched my shop to a new theme and thought I'd be manually adding code like last time, but oh no, BOLD has automated that for us. Click the "install" button and all of my product options were re-activated within the new theme in a very short amount of time. wOOt!

We've just started using the Product Options app and so far have been very impressed.... the setup was easy, learning the program was quick and easy, and performing the actions is very simple and straightforward even for someone who's not extremely tech savvy such as me! This is the best options app by a LOOOOONG shot. The support team is great, and you can add just about any and every option you can think of. The app autogenerates hidden variations of products so you don't have to manage them yourself. I can't recommend this app enough!

These guys go the extra mile with regard to support. Above and beyond! Excellent! ORIGINAL REVIEW I inherited the old website when I joined the company and my greatest goal was to rebuild it as it was soooo dated. We are a sports clothing company and have always offered a personalisation service so that our customers can add a name, a number, initials or a club badge or logo. It's very popular and that functionality needed to remain on the site. The legacy site had this functionality custom built on top of the Shopify platform and wasn't going to work if I changed the theme and structure of the site. Neither did I have the help of the programmer/s that had bespoke coded the options previously. So, I set out to find the best solution for the new site and found Bold Product Options which was by far the best app for the job. We have quite a few variations of personalisation and some fairly complicated sets of options. I also wanted it to be a good user experience and using Bold Product Options and the conditional rules that come with the Premium version, I was able to not only streamline the way the personalisation worked and make it a good user experience for but it looked good on screen too. I have had a very good experience with regard to support. I haven't needed too much help as I found Product Options very easy to setup and use 'out of the box'. Having said that any problems I have had have been promptly dealt with and the support staff are very friendly and quick to respond. I had one problem which was actually specific to the 3rd party theme I am using but the Bold guys were straight on it, immediately made a minor edit and solved the problem. I have used support on 5 or 6 occasions and can't fault it whatsoever. All Good! www.olorun-sports.com

I've been using Product Options for about two weeks or so, and I cannot praise this app enough! It's made creating & editing products SO easy - I'm building a Shopify storefront from my current Etsy shop, and this has allowed so much more flexibility in options for my customers. I especially love that I can add fields for customers to fill in right on the product page! Hoping it will help with order processing immensely! I also can't say enough good things about their customer support. I contacted support late Friday night, and first thing Saturday morning MC had emailed me ready to help! She was so quick at solving a couple issues I was having and now everything is running perfectly. Ever grateful for her help, especially on a Saturday! All in all, highly recommend!
