Rivo is a simple and easy to use app. I am so excited to have this program for my customers. I have had a few questions about integrations and customizations and Paul was super helpful and quick to get me set up.

Abbie was amazingly patient as I explained what I did wrong and what I needed fixed. Because I was transitioning websites it made things challenging so in haste I deleted a page I shouldn't have. Abbie logged in and solved the problem in like 1 minute max. Best customer service and so happy I chose Rivo!

I would recommend this app, it is easy to use. I needed assistance with the pop up portion and Abbie was wonderful. She was very direct and helped me to solve my problem. Response time was very fast as well.

Overall a great app, with terrific customer service. However limited integrations with other apps I use, and getting the functionality I needed, involved being upgraded to levels that were not affordable for me.
