Just one day of onboarding with Rizo, but so far, I love the navigation. The set-up was gamified in a way that made it a breeze. They also have a live chat function that gave me all the assistance I needed to get set up successfully. They were prompt and supportive. I'm looking forward to continuing my partnership with them!

Paul was great at fixing my issue straight away. As I use the app more I trust they will provide great customer service.

Jel was AMAZING!! Typically customer service is cringy, money hungry, or simply poor. Jel was everything but that! She was fun to talk to, she gave me tips, informed me about two other Rivo apps (that I will be using), and taught me how to implement the 'potential points' feature & I can seriously go on & on about how helpful she was. Hands down, the best customer service experience of my life.

Easy to setup, customer service is responsive, if only they allow more reward types in the free programme so we can try out which features our customers like before deciding to upgrade the programme.

Abbie was the most helpful customer service person I have ever dealt with. She responded to all of my questions and comments immediately, fulfilled my requests and then some. Abbie went above and beyond and even pointed out some helpful tips to improve my website that had nothing to do with Rivo. I would recommend Rivo and Abbie to anyone! Rivo itself is an incredibly useful app. It is easy and quick to setup and leads to many more sales for your loyalty program. No need to pay a programmer when you can just install Rivo, edit a couple settings, and you are ready to go. Give it a try, it's free!

UPDATE: Foreshadowing------Ask yourself why 90% of reviews mention customer service team---- Really thought this might be a cool little app. Well, what happened on day three when I got back to it, is popups that one cannot X out of trying to force you into a paid version, Really you pressure money far before any testing can happen? I mentioned in my original review below how I was put off by EVERY review mentioning tech support. Well that is part of the scam. They push you to support and request a review 5 minutes after you install app, before things go bad. So you have no idea of what is to come. And that is a HARD PUSH/shakedown for money. Before one has time to test etc...This is seriously a slick scammy model. Brilliant hustle... Granted I am angry about wasting the time jacking with this, but at the same time I'm now hip to a new to me modern susbscription scam....I hope this saves someone some time or pushes the company to fix their model. Original review below---- Gave 4 stars as I am not fully up to speed on it all, but I'll give 5 start to Abbie from support for helping out... Very impressive. Although I will say one thing, as I read the reviews, it almost scared me off that everyone seems to have to chat with support. Which is not because it is problematic as an app, but because they encourage you to chat as a new user. So don't let that scare you off. This app looks like it has great potential, and has actually re-invigorated me to make my shopify site better, more engaging. Thank you Abbie.

Oh my, I'm blown away by great service from Rivo team. We're looking for better loyalty app to replace LoyaltyLion as their Small Business package only allows us to modify the color of the widget, which is not great for branding. Their Basic Plan and Advanced Plan are too expensive for us. We have been checking Yotpo and Smile.io Smile.io service is great and easy to get in touch with. However, their Gold Plan does not support a dedicated Loyalty Page. We ended up choosing Yotpo. Because they don't have a trial period to see what they have inside for the Gold Plan, I tried so hard to ask for just a demo call. Ridiculous, right? But it's the truth. The guy in the demo call wanted to sell me the Reviews app while I was asking him about the Loyalty one. I even asked for a one or three-day trial with the Gold Plan to see what we could do inside, but they said they're not allowed to. I paid 249usd to upgrade from the free version to the Gold Plan. After that, I realized that many of the features they claimed were included in the Gold Plan but were not. I contacted customer service to get the answer that we need to upgrade to the Premium plan to have it. Such a liar. I was furious, of course. And then we checked Rivo, and their service is on the opposite side. They're supportive, friendly, and professional. They offered us a super good deal to go through this difficult time of E-commerce. We appreciate that. I also discover that Rivo even has two other apps, which are FREE and completely FREE. Check it out if you're a small business like us.

I love how Rivo works and it's really simple to use, I would 100% recommend. And I appreciate Mica's help and I learned something new, I appreciate the kindness :)

One of the best app on Shopify. offers great programs and features but most importantly a world class service. Mica from Rivo did a great job helping us integrate the system perfectly with out system. It was a great help. Definitely recommend this 100%.
