I am just getting started, but it's working already on our site! Abbie was excellent at getting us up and running.

App is great so far! Would upgrade our free plan in the near future when the store is up and running! Abbie was the first agent ever to be this friendly to me through live chat during the installation process! I would highly recommend this brand and their top notch customer service to anyone!

I can't say yet because I am a newbie and have to experience the app's effectiveness first. I will get back later after my experience with the app.

We haven't launched the app yet, but the support from Abbie has been PHENOMENAL and I already trust we are in great hands with Rivo. Can't wait to launch soon!!

Their free options are amazing and the Chat available is awesome and filled with very helpful and nice people!

Highly recommend this app. It does not just get the job done, but has some of the best customer service on the app store. Abbie responded to me within seconds and fixed all the concerns and issues I have at very rapid pace. This is app is a must if you have returning customers.

I'm loving it so far and the rep I chatted with, Abbie, she is an awesome human being! She not only helped me walk through the upgrade, but she suggested some improvements to my website that I hadn't thought of! Her quick response and replies helped me to get everything I needed to do in under 10 minutes, while chatting with her. I even accidentally closed the tab I was on and reconnected with her on another Rivo product tab that I had up. I'm telling you now, if Rivo doesn't give this lady a pay raise, I will RIOT! lol Thanks again! I'm greatly enjoying your apps! :D

Customer service is always quick to respond, anyone we interact with is more than happy to help. Lance was great with what I needed today. The only downside is the free plan doesn't offer much, but it works for what we need right now.

Setup is quick and easy! I'm liking it so far and everything looks great. Customer Support is top tier!

At first I came across Rivo app, then I discovered that they have few more apps and all of them do some fantastic jobs. I connected with Abbie to remove branding from the app which she not only removed instantly but activated some more freebies on my account. I feel Rivo is doing some great work and providing awesome customer service. Abbie is so quick in responses that at first I thought I am talking to a robot. Huh. She is just damn quick.

A great app that offers lots of options in the free basic version! And as a cherry on top is the very nice and fast support!

Rivo has a great support team! Lance is the support who helped me, and he was very helpful and answers all my questions clearly. App is also great as well. Works great and looks great!
