This app has been really great for us. We use it to run our rewards program. Our previous rewards program was based on points and we had multiple customer contacts each week because it was overly confusing. The Rise program is really simple and straight forward and we've had great feedback from our customers. It was really easy to setup and we were able to simply import our existing customers into the Rise system. It looks great on our website and performs exactly as it should.

We were able to customize our Rewards & Loyalty program through custom-built Klaviyo flows and emails by speaking with the Support Team and having them walk us through the process of what we were envisioning. We were speaking with Eddie from the Support Team to prepare for the launch and also troubleshoot any issues in the beginning - we are so grateful for his expertise and timely responses as he was extremely knowledgeable on the Rise.ai integration with Klaviyo and Shopify to get us where we wanted to be. We're excited to see the results of our new program!

There is no replacement for this app. This has functionality that no other offering does. If you need store credit and gift cards to function in the online store and POS, this is the solution. Eddie solved an issue for me and made this even better!

I’ve had a great experience so far setting up the app! The gift cards are beautiful and look amazing in the store. But I’m most excited about the rewards program! There is lots of great guidance available on the Rise site to help you set up, but when I can’t find the answer I’m looking for, the customer service team has been outstanding. They’ve kindly have helped me with all of my questions and worked through any issues. It does take a bit of time to set up, but the level of detail and customization is well worth it. I can’t wait to share this rewards program with my customers!

This is an excellent app, and the customer service is 5 stars. They are quick to respond to any questions I have. The loyalty credit has been a great selling point for our customers, and has helped increase our AOV and return rate.

We have been using this app for over 3 years now on our main shopify store. It is a great app and works extremely well. Recently we integrated the app into our Shopify POS and had a couple of technical hurdles. John was able to assist and gave precise instructions how to make the necessary changes.
